Ադրբեջանում մեկ շնչի հաշվարկով ՀՆԱ արտադրանքը իջել է 2007-ի մակարդակին

 2016-ին Ադրբեջանում ՀՆԱ արտադրանքը կազմել է 60 մլրդ մանաթ` 37 մլրդ 588,7 մլն դոլար, ինչը ըստ Ադրբեջանի վիճակագրության պետական կոմիտեի հաղորդման` 2015-ի համեմատ 15 մլրդ 381 մլն դոլարով պակաս է:

Ներկայումս Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ն մեկ շնչի հաշվարկով իջել է 2007-ին եղած ՀՆԱ մակարդակին:

2016-ին Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ն մեկ շնչի հաշվարկով կազմել է 3 հազար 899,90 դոլար, իսկ 2007-ին` 3 հազար 841,70 դոլար, 2016-ին մեկ շնչի հաշվարկով ՀՆԱ-ն 2015-ի համեմատ նվազել է 30 տոկոսով:

2012-ին դեկտեմբերի 29-ին  Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի կողմից հաստատված հրամանագրի համաձայն` նախատեսվում էր մինչև 2020 թվականը Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ արտադրանքը կրկնապատկել և հասցնել զարգացած երկրների մակարդակի, նախատեսվում էր նաև մեկ շնչի հաշվարկով ՀՆԱ արտադրանքը հասցնել 13 հազար դոլարի, սակայն 2012-ից մինչ այժմ այն երկու անգամ նվազել է:

Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը 2017-ի համար կանխատեսել է ՀՆԱ 1 տոկոսի ռեալ աճ:

Ադրբեջանում ՀՆԱ արտադրանքի աճը և նվազումը ամենաշատը պայմանավորված են նավթի գներով:

2009-ին սկսված համաշխարհային ֆինանսատնտեսական ճգնաժամի ֆոնին նավթը սկսել էժանանալ և այդ նույն տարում Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ն 48,8 մլրդ-ից իջավ 44,3 մլրդ դոլարի: 2009-ին հաջորդած տարիներին և 2014-ին, երբ ադրբեջանական նավթի գները զգալի բարձրացան և ազգային արժույթը մանաթը հասել էր իր ամենաբարձր մակարդակին ՀՆԱ-ն հասել է առավելագույն  75 մլրդ 237 մլն դոլարի:

Չնայած այս նվազմանը  Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը շարունակում է պնդել, որ բնակչության աղքատության մակարդակը նախորդ տարվա պես շարունակում է կազմել 5 տոկոս, ինչը ադրբեջանական փորձագետները հերքում են:
