Հռոմի քաղաքապետ Վիրջինիա Ռաջիին դատախազություն են կանչել զբոսաշրջության քաղաքային դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարի պաշտոնին Ռենատո Մարրայի նշանակության մասին գործի հետաքննության շրջանակում։ Ռենատոն անշարժ գույքի մախինացիաների կասկածանքով կալանավորված չինովնիկի՝ Ռաֆայելե Մարայի եղբայրն է։

 Կոռուպցիոն սկանդալը Հռոմում բռնկվել էր դեկտեմբերի կեսերին։ Վիրջինիա Ռաջիի մտերիմ համախոհներից մեկը, քաղաքապետարանի անձնակազմի ծառայության ղեկավար Ռաֆայելե Մարրան կալանավորվել էր Հռոմում անշարժ գույքի լուրջ մախինացիաների փաստով հետաքննության ընթացքում։ Մարրայի հետ միասին կալանավորվել է շինարարական բիզնեսով զբաղվող հռոմեացի խոշոր ձեռներեցներից մեկը։

Հունվարի սկզբին Հռոմի իշխանություննեըը չեղարկել էին կալանավորվածի եղբոր՝Ռենատո Մարրայի նշանակումը զբոսաշրջության դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարի պաշտոնին՝ շահերի հնարավոր բախումից խուսափելու համար։

Ռաջիի խոսքով այս նշանակման չեղարկման մասին ինքը արդեն տեղեկացրել է ընդդիմադիր «5 աստղերի շարժում» կուսակցության ղեկավարությանը, որի անդամ է։ «Մենք պատրաստ ենք այս հարցով ցանկացած պարզաբանում տալու»,- հավելել է նա՝ նշելով, որ իր խիղճը մաքուր է։

Askanews գործակալության տվյալներով Ռաջիի հարցաքննությունը նշանակված է հունվարի 30-ին, նրան կասկածում են ծառայողական դիրքի չարաշահման ու փաստաթուղթ կեղծելու մեջ։

Անցած տարվա հունիսին Ռաջին համոզիչ հաղթանակ էր տարել մունիցիպալ ընտրություններում՝ դառնալով Հավերժ քաղաքի առաջին կին քաղաքապետը։
