Պանաման կասեցրել Է օֆշորների գործի հետաքննությունը

Պանամայի գլխավոր դատախազությունը կասեցրել Է այսպես կոչված «պանամական դոսյեի» մասին գործի հետաքննությունը, որում հաղորդվում Էր, որ  աշխարհի երկրների մի շարք ղեկավարներ ու նրանց մերձավորներն  օգտագործել են օֆշորային սխեմաներ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հունվարի 25-ին հայտնել Է Al-Manar TV-ն՝ վկայակոչելով գլխավոր դատախազության ներկայացուցիչների:   
Հետաքննության կասեցման համար հիմք Է դարձել այդ գործողությունների օրինականությանը վերաբերող հարցը: Այժմ երկրի Գերագույն դատարանը պետք Է որոշի՝ վերսկսվելու Է արդյոք այդ գործը:
2016 թվականի ապրիլին գերմանական SՖddeutsche Zeitung թերթը հրապարակել Էր պանամական Mossack Fonseca իրավաբանական ֆիրմայի փաստաթղթերը, որոնցում նշվում Էր, որ աշխարհի մի շարք քաղաքական ու հասարակական գործիչներ լայնորեն օգտագործում են օֆշորային սխեմաները հարկերից խուսափելու համար:  
Նյութերի մի մասը նվիրված Է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի «մերձավոր շրջապատին»: Ընդամենը հետաքննության նյութերում նշվում են ռուս պաշտոնյաների 12 ընտանիքներ եւ աշխարհի երկրների 12 ղեկավարներ. նրանք բոլորը ներկայացվում են որպես պանամական օֆշորների սեփականատերեր: Սկանդալներում հայտնվել են Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Պյոտր Պորոշենկոն, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը եւ Իսլանդիայի վարչապետ Սիգմյունդյուր Դավիդ Գյունլյոյգսոնը: 
SՖddeutsche Zeitung-ի հրապարակման հիման վրա Պանամայի գլխավոր դատախազությունը հետաքննություն Է սկսել: Mossack Fonsecа-ի գլխավոր գրասենյակում խուզարկություն Է անցկացվել, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերել են ոչնչացված փաստաթղթերով պարկեր: Բուն ֆիրմայում իրեն հասցեագրված բոլոր մեղադրանքները մերժում են՝ հրապարակումը որակելով անօրինական:
