Ադրբեջանում դոլար-մանաթ իրարանցումը շարունակվելու է նաև 2017-ին

Ադրբեջանում հունվարի 25-ին տեղի է ունեցել կենտրոնական բանկի և նավթային պետական հիմնադրամի մասնակցությամբ հերթական արտարժույթային աճուրդը, որի արդյունքում դոլար- մանաթ փոխարժեքը 1,8559-ից դարձել է 1,9052 մանաթ:

Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.org-ը:

Ադրբեջանական փորձագետների կարծիքով` երկրում դոլարի վաճառքի արժեքը հասնում է հոգեբանական սահմանին, Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առևտրում դրական սալտոյի գրանցվելու պարագայում ևս արտարժույթի շուկայում կայունություն չի հաստատվի, քանի որ Ադրբեջանի վճարային հաշվեկշռի դեֆիցիտը չափազանց մեծ է:

Վերջին երկու տարիներին Ադրբեջանի վճարային հաշվեկշռում գրանցվել է մոտ 17 մլրդ դոլարի ճեղքվածք, և այս հանգամանքը մեծ ազդեցություն է ունեցել մանաթի վրա, ինչի արդյունքում մոտ 60 տոկոսով արժեզրկված մանաթը դասվել է աշխարհի ամենաարժեզրկված արժույթների շարքին:

Փորձագետների կանխատեսմամբ՝ վճարային հաշվեկշռի դեֆիցիտը և դրանով պայմանավորված մանաթի փոխարժեքի ռիսկերը կշարունակվեն նաև 2017-ին:

Արտարժույթի վերջին աճուրդները ցույց են տալիս, որ Նավթային հիմնադրամից ԿԲ-ին արված հատկացումները չեն կայունացնում փոխարժեքը:

Մանաթը մինչև իրական փոխարժեքին հասնելը կշարունակի անընդհատ արժեզրկվել, ներկայիս կանխատեսմամբ` Ադրբեջանում դոլարի ռեալ փոխարժեքը 2 մանաթ է:

Փորձագետների կարծիքով մյուս կողմից մանաթի առաջարկի պակասի և Ադրբեջանի տնտեսական ակտիվության նվազման արդյունքում մանաթի փոխարժեքը չի անցնի հոգեբանական շեմը, սակայն 2017-ի  երկրորդ կեսին կրկին կսկսի արժեզրկվել և այդ ժամանակահատվածում Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ն կփորձի արտարժույթի շուկայում առավելապես քիչ ներդրում կատարել և ավելի լրջորեն պահպանել արտարժույթի ռեսուրսները:

Ադրբեջանցի հայտնի տնտեսագետ-փորձագետ Գուբադ Իբադօղլուն azadliq.info-ի հետ զրույցում նշել էր, որ  ընթացիկ տարում ադրբեջանական մանաթի՝ դոլարի նկատմամբ փոխարժեքը կանխատեսում է 2,20-2,50 մանաթի սահմաններում:
