 Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Լեյլա Յունուսն, անդրադառնալով հունվարի 25-ին Նարդարանի գործով Բաքվի ծանր հանցագործությունների դատարանում կայացված անարդար վճիռներին, ասել է, որ Իլհամ Ալիևը գնում է վտանգավոր ճանապարհով: Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.info լրատվական գործակալությունը:

«Իլհամ Ալիևի վարչակարգի օրոք Ադրբեջանում իրականացվում են անարդար ձերբակալություններ, որոնց նպատակն է վերացնել վարչակարգի դեմ հանդես եկող ցանկացած ընդդիմության, ինչը երկրում խարխլում է ժողովրդավարության հիմքերը և երկիրը տանում վտանգավոր ճանապարհով»,- ասել է իրավապաշտպանը:

Հունվարի 25-ին Բաքվի ծանր հանցագործությունների դատարանում տեղի է ունեցել Նարդարանի գործով հերթական դատավարությունը, որի արդյունքում  16 հոգի դատապարտվել են 10-20 տարվա ազատազրկումների:

2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 27-ի կեսօրին նամազի ժամանակ իրավապահները ներխուժել են Նարդարանի շիական «Իմամ Հուսեին» մզկիթ, հայհոյանքներ տեղացել այնտեղ գտնվողների հասցեին, բռնություններ գործադրելով ձերբակալել Ադրբեջանի շիաների առաջնորդ Թալե Բաղըրզդեին և ևս 15 հավատացյալների: Ոստիկանների գործողությունները զայրացրել են Նարդարանի բնակիչներին: Նրանց և ոստիկանության միջև բախումներ են սկսվել: Փոխհրաձգությունների հետևանքով երկու ոստիկան և 5 բնակիչ սպանվել են: Հաջորդ օրերին իսլամիստների և ոստիկանության միջև բախումներ են սկսվել նաև Գյանջեյում, Լենքորանում և այլ քաղաքներում:

Ադրբեջանի ՆԳՆ-ն և գլխավոր դատախազությունը միջադեպի առնչությամբ հայտարարություն են տարածել, որում ասվում է, որ ավանի շիա առաջնորդները ծրագում են բռնությամբ փոխել սահմանադրական կարգը և երկրում շարիաթի նոր օրենքներ մտցնել, ինչի նպատակով նրանք ստեղծել են «Մուսուլմանական միասնություն» անվամբ շարժում, սկսել են իրենց կողմնակիցներ հավաքագրել Բաքվում ու երկրի շրջաններում և մատակարարել նրանց զենքով և պայթուցիկ նյութերով:
