ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանն այցելել է Ազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտ

ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ-ի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլսը մայիսի 27-ին հյուրընկալվել է Պաշտպանության նախարարության Ազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտում: Այցի նպատակն է եղել ծանոթանալու ԱՄՆ-ի Պաշտպանական ազգային համալսարանի գործակցությամբ՝ ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարության Ազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի հենքի վրա Պաշտպանական ազգային հետազոտական համալսարանի ստեղծման ծրագրին: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարո ւթյան տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, դեսպան Միլսին ուղեկցել են ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ-ի դեսպանության ռազմական կցորդ, գնդապետ Էնթոնի Սեբոն և Ռազմական համագործակցության գրասենյակի ղեկավար, մայոր Ահարոն Քամինգսը:
Ինստիտուտի պետ, պաշտպանության նախարարի խորհրդական, քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր, գեներալ-մայոր Հայկ Քոթանջյանը բարձրաստիճան հյուրերին ներկայացրել է ինստիտուտի զարգացման ներկա փուլը և գործունեության գիտական արգասիքները: Նա նշել է, որ ինստիտուտը ռազմավարական խաղերի մեթոդաբանության կիրառմամբ կազմակերպել է մի շարք ռազմավարական-քաղաքական ֆորումներ, իսկ այս տարվա հոկտեմբերի 5-6-ը Երևանում կայանալու է «Խաղաղապահական գործողությունների մարտահրավերների միջազգային ֆորումի» ամենամյա խորհրդաժողովը: Հյուրերը ծանոթացել են նաև Պաշտպանական ազգային հետազոտական համալսարանի նոր մասնաշենքի կառուցման աշխատանքներին:
Քննարկումը ծավալվել է գիտական խորհրդի դահլիճում, որտեղ ԱՄՆ-ի Պաշտպանական ազգային համալսարանի շրջանավարտ և հրավիրյալ պրոֆեսոր Հայկ Քոթանջյանը հյուրերին հանգամանորեն ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի Պաշտպանական ազգային հետազոտական համալսարանի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ իրականացված նորարարական աշխատանքները՝ նշելով Ինստիտուտի գիտնական-վերլուծաբանների՝ ԱՄՆ-ի Պաշտպանական ազգային համալսարանում անցկացվող գիտական ստաժավորումների կարևորությունը: Դեսպան Միլսը, նույնպես լինելով ԱՄՆ-ի Պաշտպանական ազգային համալսարանի շրջանավարտ, կարևորել է ամերիկյ ան մոդելով Հայաստանում ազգային համալսարանի ստեղծման ծրագիրը՝ այն համարելով պաշտպանական-անվտանգային ոլորտում հայ-ամերիկյան համագործակցությանը որակական նոր մակարդակ հաղորդելուն ուղղված ինտելեկտուալ հարթակ:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցող ինստիտուտի պետի տեղակալ-Վերլուծական կենտրոնի պետ, պատմական գիտությունների թեկնածու Բենիամին Պողոսյանը, ինստիտուտի պետի տեղակալ ուսումնական մասի գծով, հոգեբանական գիտությունների դոկտոր, դոցենտ գնդապետ Վազգեն Մարգարյանը, ինստիտուտի պետի տեղակալ գնդապետ Արմեն Զաքարյանը, ինստիտուտի գիտնական-վերլուծաբաններ քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր Արթուր Աթանեսյանը, քաղաքական գիտությունների թեկնածու Միքայել Ավետիսյանը և Արման Գրիգորյանը մանրամասներ են ներկայացրել Պաշտպանական ազգային հետազոտական համալսարանի կրթական և հետազոտական բաղադրիչների վերաբերյալ:
Դեսպան Միլսը իր գոհունակությունն է հայտնել ԱՄՆ-ի պաշտպանական-գիտակրթական Օլիմպոս հանդիսացող ազգային համալսարանի հետ Ազգային ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի ակադեմիական արգասաբեր համագործակցության կապակցությամբ:
