Արմեն Աշոտյանը պարզաբանում է, թե ինչու է բուհական տեղերի թիվը մեծ դիմորդների թվից

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը կանխատեսվող դիմորդների թվի համեմատ դիտավորյալ ավելի մեծ քանակությամբ տեղեր է սահմանում բուհերում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին նշեց ԿԳ նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
«Վերջին տարիներին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունն ընդունելության գործընթացի բարեփոխման շրջանակում դիտավորյալ ավելի մեծ քանակությամբ տեղեր է դնում, քան կանխատեսվող դիմորդների թիվն է: Դա արվում է միտումնավոր: Մենք շատ լավ գիտենք դիմորդների թիվն ինչքան է լինելու, դնում ենք միտումնավոր շատ՝ որպես հոգեբանական հնարք անհանգիստ հանրության և ծնողների համար: Այդ հոգեբանական հնարքը շատ լավ աշխատում է, ծնողների 90 տոկոսը վստահ է, որ եթե երեխան քննությունները նորմալ հանձնեց, մի տեղ կընդունվի»,- նշեց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարը:
Դիտարմանը, թե առկա են հրապարակումներ, որ դիմորդներն այս տարի քիչ են, նախարարն ընդգծեց. «Ինչ վերաբերում է դիմորդների քանակին, նորից պետք է կրկնեմ, որ գուցե գրավիչ է նման սենսացիոն հայտարարություններ անելը: Դիմորդների թիվն իրականում կազմավորվում է ինչպես միասնական քննությունների մասնակիցների թվից, այնպես էլ ներբուհական, Սլավոնական, Ամերիկյան և Ֆրանսիական համալսարանների դիմորդների թվից, որոնք կենտրոնացված համակարգից դուրս են: Բոլորին պետք է գումարել նոր համեմատել նախորդ տարվա հետ»:
Արմեն Աշոտյանը չի բացառում, որ կլինի դիմորդների թվի նվազում: «Այդ նվազումը կարող է ինչպես փոքրիկ դեմոգրաֆիական տեղաշարժի հետևանք լինել, այնպես էլ պայմանավորված լինել այն հանգամանքով, որ մասնագիտական կրթություն ստանալ ցանկացող դիմորդների թիվն աճել է: Անվճար տեղերը շատ-շատ են, քննություններ չկան, և շատ ծնողներ որոշում են, որ իրենց երեխաները գնան պետության հաշվին մասնագիտական կրթություն ստանան քոլեջում: Կաշխատեն, հետո կորոշեն՝ բուհ պե՞տք է ընդունվել, թե՞ ոչ»,- ընդգծեց նա:
Տասնմեկ հազարից ավելի դիմորդ այս տարի հունիսի 2-ից մասնակցում է միասնական քննությունների: Քննություններն անցկացվում են հանրապետության 34 քննական կենտրոններում: «Օտար լեզու» առարկայից քննություն կանցկացվի հունիսի 12-ին, իսկ «Մաթեմատիկա» առարկայից՝ հունիսի 16-ին: «Հայոց պատմություն» և «Քիմիա» առարկաների քննությունը կանցկացվի հունիսի 19-ին: «Ռուսաց լեզու» առարկայի քննությունն էլ տեղի կունենա հունիսի 23-ին:
