Արարատի մարզում մթերված խաղողի վճարումների ուշացումներն անդրադարձել են որոշ հարկատեսակների հավաքագրման վրա

Արարատի մարզում 2016 թվականին խաղողի առատ բերքը, մթերման հետ կապված խնդիրներն ու մթերող կազմակերպությունների կողմից վճարումների ուշացումներն ուղղակիորեն անդրադարձան նաեւ համայնքների կողմից իրականացվող կատարողականների վրա: Հիշյալ խնդրի հետեւանքով հողի հարկը դեկտեմբերի 30-ի դրությամբ մարզում հավաքագրվել է 96,7 տոկոսով` մուտքերը հասել են  589 մլն 900 հազար դրամի: Սեփական եկամուտի մուտքերը պլան-կատարողականի համեմատ շեղում են ունեցել եւ պետական բյուջե պակաս է մուտքագրվել շուրջ 5 մլն դրամով: Մուտքերը հասել են 1 մլրդ 830 մլն 231 հազար դրամի: «Հավաքագրումներ կատարելիս մարզում թերացումներ են ունեցել 6-7 համայնքներ, հակառակ դեպքում սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրումները կհատեին 100 տոկոսի սահմանագիծը: Դրանք այն համայնքների բնակիչներն են, որոնք ունեն խաղողի այգիներ եւ զբաղվում են խաղողագործությամբ. դա իրենց եկամուտի հիմնական միջոցն է, որով էլ հոգում են իրենց ապրուստը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ընդգծեց Արարատի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի ֆինանսական եւ սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման վարչության պետ Գուրգեն Եղիազարյանը: 
Հավաքագրումը 100 տոկոսով կատարել են Արտաշատ, Վեդի քաղաքները, Դիտակ, Դարբնիկ, Ձորակ եւ այլ համայնքներ: Եղիազարյանն ընդգծեց, որ դրանք այն համայնքներն են, որոնք մշտապես պարտաճանաչ են: «Դա ես կապում եմ համայնքի ղեկավարի գործունեության եւ համայնքապետարանի աշխատանքի հետ: Վերոնշյալը հաստատելու է գալիս այն փաստը, որ մարզում ունեցել ենք համայնքներ, որոնց նոր ղեկավարն ընդունել է «վատ ժառանգությամբ». նախորդ տարիներին համայնքը մշտապես ունեցել է բացասական ցուցանիշներ, սակայն այսօր նա առաջատարներից է /Մասիս գյուղ/: Եվ ունեցել ենք հակառակ պ ատկերը»,-ընդգծեց վարչության պետը: 
«Արդեն իսկ քննարկում է եղել ետ մնացող համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ, բարձրաձայնվել են պատճառները: Նրանք կլինեն ֆինանսական վարչության ուշադրության կենտրոնում, կիրականացվեն լրացուցիչ հավաքագրումներ` պակասը լրացնելու եւ 2017 թվականին եւս ետ չմնալու նպատակով»,- նշեց վարչության պետը:
Գույքահարկի, այլ մուտքերի եւ տեղական տուրքի մասով հավաքագրումները հատել են 100 տոկոսի սահմանագիծը: Ինչպես նախորդ տարիներին՝ ամենից պակաս մուտքերը եղել են վարձակալության գծով. կատարողականը կազմել է 72,2 տոկոս: Մուտքերը պակաս են կատարվել 53 մլն 905 հազար դրամով:  
Ամփոփելով արդյունքները` Եղիազարյանն ընդգծեց նաեւ, որ յուրաքանչյուր բնակիչ եւ համայնքապետ պետք է գիտակցի, որ գումարների ժամանակին եւ ամբողջական հավաքագրումը բխում է համայնքի շահերից, որոնցով իրականացվում են համայնքների քառամյա ծրագրերը:
