Նոտարական որոշակի ծառայություններ նվազագույն սակագնով կմատուցվեն սոցիալական մի շարք խմբերի համար: Ինչպես ՀՀ կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում նշեց արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը, սահմանված վճարների նվազագույն սակագինը կգործի անապահով ընտանիքների անդամների, 1-ին և 2-րդ կարգի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց, կենսաթոշակառուների, ինչպես նաև Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահանների պաշտպանության ժամանակ մարտական գործողությունների մասնակիցների համար: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Նախարարը, ներկայացնելով ՀՀ կառավարության 2011 թվականի մայիսի 26-ի N 733-ն որոշման մեջ փոփոխություն և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին որոշման նախագիծը, նշեց, որ դրա ընդունման անհրաժեշտությունը պայմանավորված է «Նոտարիատի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքով, որով ընդլայնվել են նոտարական գործողությունների և ծառայությունների շրջանակը։
Մասնավորապես, այժմ նոտարը, ի թիվս այլ ծառայությունների, իրավասու է հավաստել կտակակատարի լիազարությունները և տալ վկայագիր, հաստատել իրավաբանական նշանակություն ունեցող փաստերը, տալ կատարողական մակագրության թերթ, և այլն։
