ԱԻՆ-ը խորացնում է Կարմիր խաչի հետ համագործակցությունը քաղպաշտպանության ուղղությամբ

 ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Հայկարամ Մխիթարյանը հունվարի 27-ին ընդունեց Կարմիր Խաչի Միջազգային կազմակերպության պատվիրակության ղեկավար տիկին Կարոլին Դույեզին. հանդիպմանը ներկա էին նաև ՀԿԽԸ աղետների կառավարման բաժնի պետ պարոն Էդմոն Ազարյանը, ԿԽՄԿ տնտեսական անվտանգության հարցերի համակարգող պարոն Քրիստոֆեր Հերբին և ԿԽՄԿ պատվիրակության ղեկավարի տեղակալ տիկին Գաբրիել Շմիդտը: Հանդիպման նպատակն էր  արտակարգ  իրավիճակներում հումանիտար օգնության համատեղ  պլանի մշակման հարցերի, ինչպես նաև՝ Տավուշի մարզի գյուղերի բնակչության պաշտպանությանն  ուղղված միջոցառումների  ծրագրի քննարկումը:  Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Հ. Մխիթարյանը նշեց, որ ԱԻՆ-ը Կարմիր խաչի հետ համագործակցության մեծ փորձ ունի, որը տարեց տարի խորացել է՝ դեռ 2012թ.-ին կառույցների միջև համատեղ հուշագիր է ստորագրվել:

«Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը պատրաստ է նույն կերպով շարունակել սերտ համագործակցությունը Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային և հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության հետ, ինչպես նաև՝ հնարավորության դեպքում ընդլայնել համատեղ իրականացվող աշխատանքի ծավալները»,-նշեց Հ. Մխիթարյանը:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար Կարմիր Խաչի Միջազգային կազմակերպության պատվիրակության ղեկավար  Կ. Դույեզին Հ. Մխիթարյանին ներկայացրեց տեխնածին և բնական աղետների, ինչպես նաև՝ պատերազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ բնակչությանը մարդասիրական օգնություն տրամադրելու պլանի մշակման ծրագրերը՝ խնդրելով, որպեսզի դրանց վրա աշխատանքներ իրականացվեն ԱԻՆ-ի հետ համատեղ աշխատանքային խմբում: Քննարկվեց նաև սահմանամերձ գյուղերում «ապահով սենյակների», թաքստոցների և ապաստարանների կառուցման ու վերանորուման հարցը:

ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Հ. Մխիթարյանը նշեց, որ ԱԻՆ-ի կողմից քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ մեծ աշխատանքներ են տարվել Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ գյուղերում՝ կառուցվել են հենակետեր, որտեղ հերթապահում են նախարարության քաղպաշտպանության ստորաբաժանումները, ինչպես նաև՝ կառուցվել են ապաստարաններ և թաքստոցներ: 

Կողմերի միջև պայմանավորվածություն ձեռքբերվեց համատեղ աշխատել տեխնածին և բնական աղետների, ինչպես նաև՝ պատերազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ բնակչությանը մարդասիրական օգնություն տրամադրելու պլանի մշակման և սահմանամերձ գյուղերում «անվտանգ սենյակների» կառուցման շուրջ: ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Հ. Մխիթարյանի հանձնարարությամբ՝ Կարմիր խաչի հետ համատեղ աշխատանքային խմբի անդամներ նշանակվեցին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալ փ/ծ գեներալ-մայոր Վ. Գաբրիելյանը և ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՃԿԱԿ պետ փ/ծ գնդապետ Հ. Խանգելդ յանը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերի միջև պայմանավորվածություն ձեռքբերվեց նոր հուշագրի մշակման և ստորագրման վերաբերյալ, որում արդեն ներառված կլինեն նաև վերոնշյալ հարցերը:
