ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում արձագանքել է երեկ ՀՀԿ Խորհրդի նիստում Սերժ Սարգսյանի ունեցած ելույթին։ Գրառման մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է․

«Գետերի և առվակների փոխաբերությունը լավն էր: Ինքս էլ հավանել եմ: Չմոռանանք նաև, որ մայր գետերը ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան ինքնամոռաց առվակների միավորում: Բայց ինչ-որ պահից գետ լցվող տեխնոլոգիական գործարանի խառնուրդային ջրերը կմխտռեն ողջ մայր հունը, անպիտան կդառնա ամբողջը: Միգուցե մինչ այդ պոկված՝ դեռ սեփական հողի հոտը կրող առվակները, մինչև ոչնչանալը, հասցնե՞ն գոնե մեկ-երկու բնակավայրի կյանք պարգևել»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ ՀՀԿ Խորհրդի նիստին Սերժ Սարգսյանն ունեցած իր ելույթում նշել էր․ «Մի քանի խոսք, ընդամենը երկու բառ այս օրերին հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մյուս հարցերի, այդ թվում՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի քաղաքական դաշտ վերադառնալու և դաշինքներ ձևավորվելու մասին: Շատ հակիրճ եմ ասում՝ ես չեմ ողջունել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի քաղաքական դաշտ վերադառնալը, իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է դաշինքների կազմավորմանը կամ քաղաքական տարբեր ուժերի մասնակցությանը ընտրապայքարին, ինչպես ասացի՝ դրական երևույթ եմ համարում: Մյուս հարցը առավել քան ծիծաղելի է. ուղղակի զավեշտական են այն փորձերը, որ անում են մարդիկ՝ ցանկանալով ներկայացնել, թե Հանրապետականից արտահոսք կա: Ի՞նչ ասեմ, դուք էլ գիտեք, որ դա անհեթեթություն է. միայն վերջին մի քանի ամիսներին մեր կուսակցությանը անդամագրվել է 11000-ից ավելի մարդ: Ուզում եմ այս թեմային արձագանքել փոխաբերաբար: Գիտեք՝ մայր գետերը, առաջընթաց են ապահովում իրենց հոսքի ողջ երկայնքով, կյանք են տալիս, հաց են տալիս, ջուր են տալիս, և այն առվակները, որոնք պոկվում են մայր գետից և կարճ ժամանակում նորից չեն մտնում նույն հոսքի մեջ, չորանում ու գնում են: Սա՛ է բնության օրենքը, և որևէ մեկը մեզնից չի կարող հակադրվել բնության օրենքներին, մենք կարող ենք փորձել կառավարել, կարգավորել, բայց, ըստ էության, այսպես է լինելու»։
