Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հունվարի 28-ին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին՝ Բանակի օրվա կապակցությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից:

 Ուղերձում ասված է.

«Մեծարգո՛ Սերժ Ազատի,

Արցախի ժողովրդի, իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ բոլորիս համար թանկ ու հիշարժան տարեդարձի՝ Հայոց հերոսական բանակի կազմավորման 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:

Հայկական բանակն անցել է փառապանծ ուղի եւ դարձել համայն հայության հպարտությունն ու պարծանքը, մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգության հիմնական երաշխավորը, տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության ու կայունության պահպանման կարեւոր գործոններից մեկը: Հայ զինվորն իր անսասան ոգու եւ անհաղթ բազկի ուժով փայլուն իրականացնում է հայրենիքի պաշտպանի իր առաքելությունը:

Հարգարժա՛ ն Սերժ Ազատի,

Կանգնած լինելով բանակի ստեղծման ակունքներում՝ Դուք արել եք հնարավորը նրա կայացման ու զորացման համար: Արցախում գիտենք եւ բարձր ենք գնահատում Ձեր ավանդն ու հայրենանվեր ջանքերը:
