 ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Բանակի օրվա առթիվ: Այս մասին Past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, շնորհավորում եմ Բանակի օրվա առթիվ:

Ավելի քան քառորդ դար առաջ մեր բանակը ստեղծվեց այն օրերին, երբ մեր միասնականությունը բարձրակետում էր, ինչի շնորհիվ ամուր էր Արցախում հաղթանակներ արարող ազատամարտիկի, կամավորի ու զինվորի թիկունքը, ինչի շնորհիվ խաղաղություն պարտադրվեց հակառակորդին, ինչի շնորհիվ ամրապնդվեց ոչ միայն մեր հավատն ապագայի հանդեպ, այլեւ ազատագրվեց եւ ծնունդ առավ հայկական երկրորդ պետությունը:

Մեր բանակը խաղաղություն ստեղծող եւ խաղաղություն պահպանող բանակ է, հուսալի պաշտպանություն ապահովող, բայցեւ` հաղթական հարձակման պատրաստ բանակ: Մեր զինվորը խաղաղապաշտ է, բայցեւ` ոտնձգություն չհանդուրժող, նախնիների հաղթանակին լավատեղյակ եւ սեփական հաղթանակը կռող, հայրենիքի գինն իմացող եւ հայրենիքի վարկը մշտապես բարձրացնող, հողի արժեքն իմացող եւ հողից երբեք չհրաժարվող: Այդ հողի ու հայրենիքի համար են հայոց բանակի զինվորն ու սպան ծառայեցրել ու ծառայեցնում իրենց հմտություններն ու գիտելիքները, իրենց կորովն ու ոգին, հողի ու հայրենիքի համար նրանք ոչ միայն արյուն ու քրտինք են ներդրել, այլեւ կյանք զոհաբերել:

Սահմաններում խաղաղություն ապահովելով, մեր անվտանգությունն ապահովագրելով` հայոց բանակը մեզ պարտավորեցնում է միասնական լինել, որովհետեւ միասնականությամբ բազմապատկում ենք բանակի ուժը, որովհետեւ առանց միասնականության խաղաղությունը փխրուն է, պետությունը` երերուն, առաջընթացը` ժամանակավոր: Մենք պարտավոր ենք միասնականությամբ եւ համերաշխությամբ խաղաղ ծառայություն ապահովել հայոց բանակի զինվորի համար, որովհետեւ այն խաղաղությունը, որ նա ապահովում է մեր երկրի, մեր ընտանիքների համար, գին չունի, որովհետեւ խաղաղության բացակայությունը կարող Õ § ճակատագրական լինել յուրաքանչյուր ժողովրդի ու պետության համար:

Մաղթում եմ, որ խաղաղությունը մշտական լինի թե մեր սահմաններում, թե մեր երկրի ներսում, յուրաքանչյուրիս ներսում: Մեր զինվորը վաստակած իրավունքով իր դիրքից ու հենակետից, խրամատից ու զորամասից միասնական լինելու ուղերձ է հղում մեզ, եւ մենք իրավունք չունենք միասնական չլինել:

Թող մեր բանակի համար յուրաքանչյուր օր բացվի խաղաղությամբ, եւ եթե այն պիտի խախտվի, թող խախտվի միայն մեր հերթական հաղթանակի հրավառությամբ, հաղթանակի բացականչությամբ, հաղթանակի համազարկով»,- ասված է ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի շնորհավորական ուղերձում:
