Հնարավորություն՝ դուրս գալու շրջափակումից

Վարչապետ` Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը Պեկինում հանդիպել է Չինաստանի Արտահանման-ներկրման բանկի խորհրդի նախագահի տեղակալ` Լյու Լյանգի հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Չինաստանի Արտահանման-ներկրման բանկի մասնակցությամբ Հայաստանում մի շարք ներդրումային ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորման հնարավորությունները, համագործակցության նախատեսվող ուղղությունները:
Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը կարևորում է տնտեսության մեջ չինական ընկերությունների ներգրավվածությունը: Նրա խոսքով՝վերջին տարիներին չինական կողմի հետ քննարկվել են Հայաստանում մի շարք մեծածավալ ներդրումային ծրագրեր: Եվ կողմերը կարևորել են Իրան-Հայաստան երկաթգծի շինարարությունը:
Չինաստանի Արտահանման-ներկրման (Էքսիմ) բանկի սեփականատերը հանդիսանում է ՉԺՀ կառավարությունը: Էքսիմ բանկը կարևոր նշանակությունը ունի ՉԺՀ պահուստների և ընդհանուր ֆինանսական ոլորտում, միևնույն ժամանակ այն հանդիսանում է օտարերկրյա պետություններին արտոնյալ փոխառություններ տրամադրող հիմնական ֆինանսական հաստատությունը:
ՀՀ-ում կան մի շարք ոլորտներ, որոնցով հետաքրքրված են օտարերկրյա պետությունները և մասնավորապես ՉԺՀ-ը: Այդ ոլորտներն են գյուղատնտեսությունը, հանքարդյունաբերությունը, վերականգնվող և ավանդական էներգետիկան և այլն, սակայն կան նաև խոշոր պռոյեկտներ, որոնցով վերջին շրջանում հետաքրքրություն է ցուցաբերում ՉԺՀ, դրանցից կարևորն են` Իրան-Հայաստան երկաթու, Պղնձի վերամշակման մետալուրգիական գործարանի, նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցման նախագծերը:
Սրանք բոլորն էլ շատ կարևոր են ՀՀ տնտեսության համար սակայն ներկա պահին ռազմավարական տեսանկյունից ամենակարևորը Իրան-Հայաստան երկաթուղու կառուցումն է, քանի որ ՀՀ գտնվում է երկկողմանի շրջափակման մեջ, իսկ ՀՀ ներկրվող ռազմավարական ապրանքների մեծ մասը կախված է ընդամենը մեկ անցակետի աշխատանքից: Այդ տեսանկյունից Իրան-Հայաստան երկաթուղին հնարավորություն կտա դիվերսիֆիկացնել ՀՀ-ից արտահանվող և ՀՀ ներմուծվող ապրանքների տարանցիկ ուղղիները, (ներկայումս ՀՀ առևտրաշրջանառության 70%-ից ավելին իրականացվում է Վրաստանով) և մեծացնել առևտրաշրջանառությունը Մերձավոր արևելյան և Ասիական երկրների հետ:
