2. Այտուցներ։ Մեծ քանակով աղի օգտագործումը կարող է այտուցների առաջացման պատճառ դառնալ։ Այդ կերպ օրգանիզմը ձգտում է պահպանել հեղուկը, որն իր հերթին՝ կուտակվում է օրգանիզմում։ Այտուցները կարող են հայտնվել մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներում, բայց ավելի հաճախ հայտնվում են դեմքին, ձեռքերին, ոտքերին։
3. Աղի ուտելու ցանկություն։ Աղի մթերք ուտելու ցանկությունը կարող է ևս մեկ նշան լինել, որը վկայում է աղի շատ օգտագործման մասին։
4. Բարձր ճնշում։ Զարկերակային բարձր ճնշումը հիմնական նշաններից մեկն է, որը կապված է աղի օգտագործման հետ։ Իսկ բարձր ճնշումն անխուսափելիորեն կապված է սիրտ-անոթային և երիկամային հիվանդությունների զարգացման հետ, որոնք աշխարհում մահացության հիմնական պատճառներից են։ Դա նաև հոգնածություն, կրկնվող գլխացավեր է առաջացնում։ Երկար ժամանակ մեծ քանակով աղ օգտագործելը կարող է նաև հանգեցնել օստեոպարոզի, սրտի և երիկամների հիվանդությունների առաջացման։
