Արտակ Դավթյանը թեժ և լարված ընտրապայքար է կանխատեսում

Ազգային ժողովի առաջիկա ընտրությունները տարբերվելու են նախորդներից, քանի որ նոր խորհրդարանը գործելու է կառավարման խորհրդարանական համակարգում: Հունվարի 30-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արտակ Դավթյանը: «Նախորդ դեպքերում մեր երկրում կառավարման մարմինները ձևավորվում էին երկու համապետական ընտրությունների արդյունքում: Հիմա կձևավորվեն միայն խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքներում, իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ կվերանա այն միտումը, որ հաղթող քաղաքական ուժը ստանում էր ամեն ինչ, իսկ պարտվողը ոչինչ: Նոր խորհրդարանում ընդդիմությունն արդեն լայն ներկայացվածություն կունենա, իսկ այն, որ կարևոր պաշտոնները խորհրդարանի կողմից ընտրվելու են ընդհանուր ձայների 3/5-ով, խոսում է այն մասին, որ ընդդիմությունն այդ գործում ևս կարևոր դերակատարում կունենա»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց պատգամավորը:
Արտակ Դավթյանը հիշեցրեց ՀՀԿ վերջին խորհրդի նիստում ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունը, որ ընտրությունների օրն ապրիլի 2-ից փոխելու համար պետք է լինի ընտրական գործընթացին մասնակից բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի համաձայնությունը: Նրա խոսքով` սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ ապագա խորհրդարանում ընդգրկվող բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը հաղթող են լինելու, իսկ կայացվող քաղաքական որոշումների համար պատասխանատվություն են կրելու թե իշխանությունը, թե ընդդիմությունը:
Պատգամավորն այն կարծիքին է, որ առաջիկա ընտրություններում պայքարը լարված ու թեժ է լինելու, սակայն բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը շահած դուրս կգան, եթե ընտրություններն անցնեն անթերի` անկախ նրանից, ընտրապայքարի արդյունքում այս կամ այն քաղաքական ուժը կլինի՞ խորհրդարանում, թե ոչ: Արտակ Դավթյանն ընդգծեց, որ իրենց համար առաջնահերթ ու կարևոր է թափանցիկ ընտրությունների անցկացումը, որոնց արդյունքները հանրության մոտ կասկածի տեղիք չեն տա:
Հայաստանում Ազգային ժողովի հերթական ընտրությունները տեղի կունենան 2017թ. ապրիլի 2-ին: Նախընտրական քարոզարշավը կմեկնարկի մարտի 5-ին: Կուսակցություններն ու կուսակցությունների դաշինքներն Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններին մասնակցելու հայտերը Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով պետք է ներկայացնեն փետրվարի 6-16-ը, իսկ տարածքային և համամասնական ցուցակները` փետրվարի 16-26-ը:
