ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն, կարևորելով բիզնեսի համար առավել նպաստավոր գործունեության պայմանների ապահովումը, փոփոխություն է կատարել համակենտրոնացումների պարտադիր հայտարարագրման կարգում: Փոփոխության արդյունքում հարյուրավոր տնտեսվարողներ համակենտրոնացումների, այլ կերպ ասած՝ միավորումների և միաձուլումների դեպքում կազատվեն հանձնաժողով դիմելու և պարտադիր հայտարարագրում անցնելու ընթացակարգից:
Այսպես, մինչ այսօր գործող օրենսդրության համաձայն, երբ խոշոր ընկերությունները ձեռք են բերում այլ ընկերությունների փայաբաժիններ, ակտիվներ, կամ էլ երբ տեղի է ունենում խոշոր ընկերությունների միավորում, վերջիններս պարտավոր են թույլտվություն ստանալու նպատակով դիմել հանձնաժողովին: Նշված ընթացակարգի նպատակն է հսկել և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում արգելել այն գործարքները, որոնք ռիսկային են և հետագայում կարող են հանգեցնել մրցակցության սահմանափակմանը առանձին շուկաներում:
Հանձնաժողովի կողմից վերջին շրջանում կատարված ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տավել, որ հայտարարագրման համար սահմանված շեմերը ցածր են, որի արդյունքում հանձնաժողով են դիմում նաև այնպիսի ընկերություններ, որոնց կողմից կատարվող գործարքները մրցակցության առումով ռիսկային չեն և չեն կարող շուկայում որևէ խնդիր առաջացնել:
Վերոնշյալի հիման վրա, հանձնաժողովի կողմից ներկայումս սահմանվել են ակտիվների և հասույթների հետևյալ շեմերը. հորիզոնական համակենտրոնացման մասնակիցների ակտիվների ընդհանուր արժեքը գործարքին նախորդող վերջին ֆինանսական տարում՝ առնվազն մեկ միլիարդ հինգ հարյուր միլիոն դրամ: Հորիզոնական համակենտրոնացման մասնակիցների հասույթների ընդհանուր չափը գործարքին նախորդող վերջին ֆինանսական տարում՝ առնվազն երեք միլիարդ դրամ: Ուղղահայաց կամ խառը համակենտրոնացման մասնակիցների ակտիվների ընդհանուր արժեքը գործարքին նախորդող վերջին ֆինանսական տարում՝ առնվազն երեք միլիարդ դրամ: Ուղղահայաց կամ խառը համակենտրոնացման մասնակիցների հասույթների ընդհանուր չափը գործարքին նախորդող վերջին ֆինանսական տարում՝ առնվազն չորս միլիարդ դրամ:
