Ֆրանսիայում մեղադրանք են ներկայացրել Փարիզի ահաբեկչության կազմակերպիչների հանցակցին

Փարիզում իրականացված ահաբեկչական գործողությունների կազմակերպիչների ենթադրյալ հանցակից եւ Բրյուսելում ահաբեկչական գործողությունների կազմակերպման մեջ մեղադրվող Մոհամեդ Աբրինիին մեղադրանք են առաջադրել Ֆրանսիայում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հունվարի 30-ին հայտնել Է Express թերթը՝ վկայակոչելով Աբրինիի փաստաբաններին: 
 
Իրավապաշտպաններ Էմանուել Պիեռի եւ Ստանիսլաս Էշկենազիի հայտարարության համաձայն, Աբրինիին մեղադրանք են ներկայացրել մի քանի կետով, այդ թվում՝ «սպանություններ նախապատրաստելու նպատակով հանցավոր խմբավորմանը մասնակցելու» համար:  
 
Հունվարի 30-ին ավելի վաղ հայտնի Է դարձել, որ բելգիական իշխանությունները մեկ օրով Աբրինիին հանձնել են Ֆրանսիային:   
 
2016 թվականի մարտի 22-ի առավոտյան երկու պայթյուն Է որոտացել Բրյուսելի միջազգային օդանավակայանում: Որպես մահապարտների են հանդես եկել Իբրահիմ Էլ-Բաքրաուին եւ Նաջիմ Լաաշրաուին: Երրորդ պայթյունը տեղի Է ունեցել փոքր-ինչ ավելի ուշ մետրոյի վագոնում՝ «Բալբեկ» կայարանում: Ռումբը գործի Էր դրել Իբրահիմ Էլ-Բաքրաուի եղբայրը՝ Հալիդը: Մահապարտների հանցակից Մոհամեդ Աբրինին, որը ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով ինքնապայթեցում չի կատարել, ձերբակալվել Էր ապրիլի 8-ին: Բրյուսելում իրականացված ահաբեկչական գործողությունների հետեւանքով զոհվել Է 32 մարդ, ավելի քան 300 հոգի տարբեր աստիճանի ծանրության վերքեր են ստացել: Գրոհի  պատասխանատվությունն ստանձնել Է «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումը:
 
Աբրինիի նկատմամբ հետախուզում Էր հայտարարվել բրյուսելյան ահաբեկչությունից շատ առաջ: Նրան Փարիզ տանող խճուղու լցակայանի տեսախցիկները նկարահանել Էին Ֆրանսիայի մայրաքաղաքում իրականացված ահաբեկչությունից երկու օր առաջ:  
Նա եղել Է այն ավտոմեքենայի ղեկին, որում գտնվում Էր փարիզյան ահաբեկչական գործողությունների գործով գլխավոր կասկածյալ Սալահ Աբդեսլամը:
 
2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ի երեկոյան ակաբեկիչների երեք կազմակերպված խմբեր մի շարք հարձակումներ են իրականացրել Փարիզում եւ նրա Սեն-Դենի ավարձանում: Ընդհանուր առմամբ ահաբեկչական գործողությունների զոհ Է դարձել 130 մարդ, եւս ավելի քան 350-ը վիրավորվել են, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
