«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը պարբերաբար ահազանգեր Է ստանում այն մասին, որ իշխող կուսակցությունը արդեն սկսել Է ակտիվորեն նախապատրաստվել կեղծիքներին։ Մասնավորապես ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով առաջադրվող պոտենցիալ թեկնածուներն ու նրանց թիմերի ներկայացուցիչները սկսել են մարդկանց տուն այցելել՝ ՀՀԿ-ական թեկնածուների օգտին քվեարկելու դեպքում խոստանալով գումար տալ։ Նշենք, որ ապագա ընտրակաշառքների գները հասնելու են ընդհուպ մինչև 100 ԱՄՆ դոլարի։ Բայց որպեսզի ՀՀԿ-ականները վստահ լինեն, որ իրենց են ընտրել, տրված գումարը չի կորել, իրենց շտաբի անդամներին հրահանգել են ցուցակագրված մարդկանց բացատրել, որ քվեարկության օրը պետք Է ընտրական տեղամասերից իրենց հետ դուրս հանեն մնացած, չքվեարկված քվեաթերթիկների խուրձը։ Իրավիճակի շուրջ մեկնաբանությունների համար «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դիմեց Աժ պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հովհաննես Սահակյանին, ով ասաց. «Երբ որ հստակություն կլինի, որ այդ քաղաքացիները կասեն՝ իրենց ովքեր են ասել, որ պետք Է հանեք, այն ժամանակ կփորձենք պարզաբանել»։ Նա նաև պնդել Է. «Այդ մեխանիզմը, որը դուք փորձում եք քննարկման առարկա դարձնել, չաշխատող մեխանիզմ Է վերահսկողության առումով և կարծում եմ՝ այստեղ որևէ խնդիր չկա»»,–գրում է թերթը։
