Մերձբալթյան լրատվական պորտալը ներկայացրել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Ղարաբաղի շրջափակման սարսափները

Մերձբալթյան երկրներում խոշորագույն լրատվական պորտալում` Delfi-ում հրապարակվել է հոդված, որում ներկայացվում է, թե ինչպես էին 1992 թվականի ձմռանը Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն իրականացնում Ղարաբաղի շրջափակումը` նպատակ ունենալով խնդիրը լուծել բնակչության ոչնչացմամբ:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հոդվածի հեղինակը գրում է. «Հումանիտար աղետ. անգամ այս եզրույթը չի կարող ամբողջությամբ նկարագրել այն, ինչ ապրեցին Ստեփանակերտի բնակիչները: Վառելիքի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի, ջրի, դեղորայքի սուր պակաս, արտաքին աշխարհի հետ կապի բացակայություն, պարբերական սաստկացող գնդակոծություն և ֆիզիկական ոչնչացման իրական վտանգ. սրանք են այն խնդիրների ոչ ամբողջական ցուցակը, որոնց առջև կանգնած էր քաղաքի քաղաքացիական բնակչությունը»:
Հոդվածում նշվում է, թե ինչպես 1992 թվականի ձմռանը Ստեփանակերտը մի քանի կետերից սկսեց կրակի ենթարկվել: Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի սարսափների մասին ներկայացված են այդ տարիներին իրավիճակի ականատես, ռուս լրագրող Անժելիկա Չեչինայի, ներկայում Եվրախորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Յարոմիր Շտետինայի, բարոնուհի Քերոլայն Քոքսի վկայությունները:
«Այս շրջանում Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները ունեին ցեղասպանական բնույթ. իրականացվում էր 80 հազարանոց բնակչության գրեթե ամբողջական ոչնչացում: Մարդիկ բնակվում էին նկուղներում, օրական մահանում էին տասնյակ մարդիկ, այդ թվում և երեխաներ: Բժիշկները աշխատում էին նկուղներում` դիզելային գեներատորների լույսի ներքո: Աղբյուրներից ջուր վերցնելու համար ստիպված մարդիկ ժամերով հերթ էին կանգնում»,- պատմում է հոդվածագիրը` նշելով, որ Ստեփանակերտը դատապարտված էր մահվան: Նա ընդգծում է, որ 1992 թվականի մայիսին Բերձորի ազատագրմամբ շրջափակումը ամբողջությամբ հնարավոր եղավ վերացնել: Ողջ շրջափակման շրջանում Ստեփանակերտում մահացավ 227 մարդ, վիրավորվեց 391-ը, վնասվել կամ ոչնչացվել` 1000 բնակելի տուն և պետական օբյեկտ:
«Սա ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի պատմության ամենաարյունալի էջերից է, որի կրկնության վտանգի առաջ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդը կանգնեց 2016 թվականի ապրիլին: Միջազգային հանրությունը և առաջին հերթին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրները պարտավոր են ավելի մեթոդական կերպով և հասցեական զբաղվել ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման սպառնալիքով: Թեկուզև չճանաչված, սակայն հույսով և օպտիմիզմով լի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության բնակչությունը պետք է ապրի անվտանգության մեջ և հարևանների հետ հաշտ պայմաններում»,- եզրափակել է հոդվածը հեղինակÕ ¨:
