Առողջապահության նախարարությունը շագանակագեղձի քաղցկեղի վաղ հայտնաբերման սկրինինգ է իրականացրել

 ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը որդեգրած քաղաքականությանը համահունչ` ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների վաղ հայտնաբերմանն ու վերահսկմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի շրջանակում նախորդ տարի` սեպտեմբերից դեկտեմբերը ներառյալ, իրականացրել է շագանակագեղձի քաղցկեղի վաղ հայտնաբերման սկրինինգ:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ծրագրի շրջանակներում 40-ից 70 տարեկան արական սեռի 2183 անձ անցել է շագանակագեղձի քաղցկեղի ախտորոշման սկրինինգ: Պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման շրջանակներում կազմակերպվել է ուրոլոգի խորհրդատվություն, պրոստատ սպեցիֆիկ հակածնի հետազոտություն, ներքին օրգանների սոնոգրաֆիա, մեզի ընդհանուր քննություն, ուրոֆլոումետրիա:

 Սկրինինգի ընթացքում իրականացված հետազոտությունների արդյունքում 2183 արական սեռի անձից 1248-ը (57,2%) համարվել է շագանակագեղձի քաղցկեղի ցածր ռիսկի խումբ, իսկ 935-ը (42,8%) շագանակագեղձի քաղցկեղի բարձր ռիսկի խմբում է, որոնցից 585-ին (62,6%) ցուցված է շարունակական հսկողություն և կրկնակի հետազոտության իրականացում յուրաքանչյուր տարին մեկ անգամ, իսկ 350-ի (37,2%) մոտ հայտաբերվել են տարբեր շեղումներ: Իրականացված հետազոտությունների արդյունքում 4 պացիենտի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է շագանակագեղձի մետաստատիկ քաղցկեղ: Բացի այդ, հայտնաբերվել են նաև միզասեռական համակա րգի այլ ուռուցքային հիվանդություններ: Այսպես` 23 պացիենտի մոտ (2,5%) հայտնաբերվել է միզապարկի նորագոյացություն, 1-ի մոտ` միզածորանի նորագոյացություն, 1-ի մոտ` երիկամի նորագոյացություն: Նշենք, որ առաջնային օղակում շարունակական իրականացվում են ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների վաղ հայտնաբերմանն ու վերահսկմանն ուղղված միջոցառումներ` միտված հասարակության համանպատասխան խմբերում հիվադությունների ռիսկի գործոնների տարածվածության հայտնաբերմանը և հիվադությունների կանխարգելմանը:
