Եկամտահարկով հիփոթեքի ընթացակարգը կպարզեցվի

Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՊԵԿ-ը 2016թ. 1,35 մլրդ դրամ եկամտային հարկի գումար է ուղղել հիփոթեքային վարկերի տոկոսների մարմանը` գործընթացում ներառելով 1276 մասնակցի: Համեմատության համար նա նշել է, որ 2015թ. վերադարձված եկամտային հարկի գումարը կազմել է 274 մլն դրամ, իսկ մասնակից անձինք եղել են 560-ը:
Այս տարվա ընթացքում ևս գործընթացը սահուն կերպով իրականացնելու նպատակով, ինչպես նաև հաշվի առնելով վերադարձվող գումարների ենթադրյալ աճը՝ կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից նախատեսվում է հատկացնել շուրջ 2 մլրդ դրամի չափով գումար:
Եկամտահարկի գումարների վերադարձման նպատակով վարկառուն առաջին անգամ հարկային մարմին է ներկայացնում կառավարության որոշմամբ սահմանված համապատասխան փաստաթղթերը, հետագայում` դիմում և վճարված տոկոսների վերաբերյալ բանկի կողմից տրված տեղեկանք:
Գործընթացն առավել դյուրին դարձնելու նպատակով նախատեսվում է եռամսյակային դիմումները էլեկտրոնային եղանակով ներկայացնելու հնարավորություն ստեղծել:
Միաժամանակ, կառավարության որոշմամբ նախատեսվում է վարկառուի համաձայնությամբ ԱՔՌԱ վարկային բյուրոյի կողմից հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում վարկառուի վճարած տոկոսագումարների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության տրամադրում հարկային մարմնին:
