«Արարողության» մեղավորը

Եթե դուք ցրտերն ընկնելուն պես սկսել եք իմպուլսիվ դառնալ, հազիվ եք զսպում ձեզ, որ չգոռաք մարդկանց վրա, մի՛ շտապեք ինքներդ ձեզ մեղադրել։ Մեղավորը ձեր հորմոններն են, ավելի շուտ դրանցից մեկը։

Մոնրելայի համալսարանի գիտնականները հետազոտությունների ժամանակ եկել են այն եզրակացության, որ ցուրտ եղանակին կանանց հորմոնալ բալանսը խախտվում է։ Իսկ Եվայի ցեղի տրամադրությունը գրեթե ուղղակիորեն կախված է սերոտոնին հորմոնի՝ հայտնի որպես երջանկության հորմոն, արադրությունից։ Որքան այն քիչ է, այնքան կատաղի է կինը։

Մեծ տարբերություն

Ուշադրություն, հարց. ինչպե՞ս օգնել կնոջը ցուրտ եղանակին ադեկվատ մնալ։ Պատասխանը պարզ է. պետք է կանոնավոր կերպով լրացնել սերոտոնին հորմոնի պակասը։ Այդ հորմոն ակտիվորեն արտադրվում է սեքսի եւ որոշ մթերքներ ուտելու ժամանակ՝ ընկույզ, շոկոլադ, ձու, թռչնամիս, վառ գույնի բանջարեղեն եւ միրգ, խուրմա, նարինջ, լոլիկ։ Բնականաբար դաշտանի օրերին այդ մթերքները հատկապես ակտիվ պետք է ուտեք, սեքսը չմոռանաք, եւ ահա ձեզ երջանկություն։
