«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Չգիտեմ, ո՞ր մի այլ երկրում է, որ պատգամավորի թեկնածուն պետք է թեստ հանձնի իր մայրենի լեզվից: Այդ պահանջի օրենսդրական ամրագրումն արդեն իսկ ախտորոշում է: Ախտորոշում մեր հասարակության, պետական համակարգի ու ընդհանրապես ողջ պետության համար:

Այս տարիների ընթացքում այնպիսի դեմքեր են եկել ու գնացել, եկել ու մնացել մեր Ազգային ժողովում, որ նրանց մասին խոսելիս կրթություն և ինտելեկտ հասկացությունները վերջինն են, որ մտքովդ կանցնեն: Կամ էլ` չեն էլ անցնի: Ու հիմա մեզ` քաղաքացիներիս, փորձում են օրենսդրորեն «ապահովագրել» նման դեմքերից:
Մի կողմից, մտածում ես` լավ է, գոնե գրագետ մարդիկ կլինեն, գոնե հայերենի նվազագույն գիտելիք կունենան: Արդարև, նվազագույն, որովհետև պատգամավորի թեկնածուների համար հայերենի թեստերը վերցվել են ավարտական և միասնական քննությունների առաջադրանքների շտեմարանից: Այսինքն՝ պատգամավորացուն պետք է ունենա գոնե դպրոցական մակարդակի հայերենի իմացություն: Սա ինքնին աբսուրդ է:
Եվ ահա, ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունում ձևավորված մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովը հրապարակել է ԱԺ պատգամավորի թեկնածու առաջադրվող քաղաքացու` հայերենին տիրապետելու հանգամանքը ստուգող թեստավորման առաջադրանքների հարցաշարը: Հարցաշարի բովանդակային բաղադրիչները ներառում են հայոց լեզվի քերականության «Ուղղագրություն», «Ուղղախոսություն» և «Բառագիտություն» բաժինները:

Ներկայացնենք մի քանի առաջադրանք: Հարցաշարի առաջին տողը պահանջում է` համարակալված բառերում բաց թողած տառերը պատասխանների ո՞ր շարքում են ճիշտ նշված:

Քիչ հե–վում (1)` ու–իղ (2) իմ դիմաց, Արարատն է` մեր պատմության մեծ որ–ն (3) ու տա–ագիրը (4): Ու թեստը լրացնողը պետք է լրացնի համապատասխանաբար` – (1) ռ, (2) ղ, (3) բ, (4) ր տառերը:

Կամ` փակագծերում տրված բառերից մեկը տվյալ նախադասությանը համապատասխանում է, մյուսը` ոչ. ո՞ր շարքի բոլոր պատասխաններն են ճիշտ` Այնքան վտանգավոր չէ չվարժեցված երիվար (1. հեծելը, 2. հեծնելը), որքան անփորձ բարեկամին գաղտնիքներ հայտնելը:

Մյուսը` ո՞ր նախադասության մեջ բառագործածության սխալ կա` Թռչունների երամակը դանդաղ ընթացքով չվում էր հարավ:

Կամ էլ` ո՞ր նախադասության մեջ լեզվական սխալ կա` Նրան չէր անհանգստացնում ոչ ցուրտը, ոչ մենակությունը:

Ու այսպես շարունակ:

Ի դեպ, հրապարակված հարցաշարում պատասխանները նույնպես կցված են: Ու մեր պատգամավորացուները կարող են պարապել, որ թեստը լավ հանձնեն: Կամ էլ անգիր անեն: Կամ` գուցե շպարգալկա սարքեն: Իսկ միգուցե ծանոթ–բարեկամ գտնեն, ու բարձր միավորներ հավաքեն:

…Բայց մյուս կողմից էլ` մի՞թե հայերենի իմացությունը միակ պահանջն է, որին պետք է թեկնածուները բավարարեն: Գուցե կազմենք թեստեր պատգամավորական գործունեությունն ընդգրկող հարակից այլ գիտելիքների վերաբերյալ նույնպե՞ս:
