«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքները դեռեւս չեն ստացել հունվարի համար նախատեսված նպաստը, այնինչ` այդ գումարները պետք է վճարված լինեին մինչեւ հունվարի 25-ը: Եւ հիմա տասնյակ հազարավոր ընտանիքներ հայտնվել են անելանելի դրության մեջ, քանի որ չեն կարող մուծել կոմունալ վարձավճարները: «Ժողովուրդ»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ նպաստների ուշացման իրական պատճառը բյուջեում համապատասխան միջոցների բացակայությունն է, այլ կերպ ասած՝ ուղղակի փող չկա: Այդ փաստն անուղղակի երեւաց նաեւ ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության՝ մեր թերթի հարցմանն ի պատասխան տրամադրած պարզաբանման մեջ. «Նպաստների վճարման ուշացումը պայմանավորված է այն հանգամանքով, որ հունվար ամսին աշխատանքային ամիսը սկսվել է ուշ՝ հունվարի 9-ից, հետեւաբար օրենքով սահմանված գործընթացները, ինչպես նաեւ ֆինանսական տարին եւս սկսվել են ուշ: Միեւնույն ժամանակ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ վճարումներն այս շաբաթվանից սկսած կիրականացվեն»,- նշված է նախարարության պարզաբանման մեջ»:
