Բասենում լայնորեն կիրառվում են ժամանակակից այլընտրանքային տեխնոլոգիաները

Շիրակի մարզի Բասեն համայնքը հանրապետության «ամենաայլընտրանքային» համայնքներից մեկն է՝ գյուղ, որը գտել ու օգտագործում է լույսի ու գազի այլընտրանքային տարբերակներ: Ավելին՝ բասենցիները պատրաստ են իրենց ձեռքբերումների մասին պատմել մյուսներին:
Ժամանակակից այլընտրանքային տեխնոլոգիաները լայնորեն կիրառվում են այս համայնքում: Բասենում տարբեր եղանակներով բիովառելիք են ստանում: Խնդրի լուծման տարբերակ է ծղոտը, որի պակասը Շիրակի մարզում չկա: Համայնքում լայնորեն կիրառվում է նաև արևային էներգիան: Արեգակնային ջերմությունը կիրառվում է ոչ միայն մի քանի տներում, այլ նաև մանկապարտեզին կից ջերմոցային տնտեսությունում: Այստեղ օգտագործում են արևային տեխնոլոգիաներ, հիմնում օրգանական պարարտանյութով աշխատող ջերմոցներ: Բասենում բիովառելիքի արտադրության հոսքագծի շինություն է կառո ւցվել նաև այս համայնքի, «Բասեն» համայնքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի և «Գլոբալ Էկոլոգիական հիմնադրամի» համաֆինանսավորմամբ:
Բասենում ընդհանրապես այլընտրանքային տեխնոլոգիաների բոլոր տարբերակները մշակվել ու մշակվում են:
Գյուղերի զարթոնքը հիմնականում կախված է տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններից, միայն հանրապետական իշխանություններից չպետք է պահանջել: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց համայնքի ղեկավար Համլետ Պետրոսյանը: «Պետք չէ միայն պահանջել, այլ առաջին քայլը համայնքն ինքը պետք է անի, կառույցի ու շենացնի համայնքը... Միայն երբ մենք զգացինք, որ մեր հնարավորությունը չի բավականացնի քարը բարձրացնելու՝ խնդիրը լուծելու, նոր պետք է դիմենք երկրի իշխանություններին կամ այն բոլոր կառույցներին, ովքեր պատրաստ են աջակցելու համայնքների զարգացմանն ու հզորացմանը»,- նշեց համայնքի ղեկավարը՝ կարևորելով ինչպես համայնքի ղեկավարի, այնպես էլ համայնքի ակտիվ խմբի մասնակցությունը համայնքային ծրագրերում:
Վերջին տարիներին Բասենում ստեղծվել են կոոպերատիվներ, համայնքային խմբեր, տեղադրվել արևային ջրատաքացուցիչներ, հիմնվել ջերմոցներ, բիոգազի ու բիովառելիքի արտադրամասեր, քլորակայաններ և այլն: Եվ այս ամենը, ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին վստահեցրեց Համլետ Պետրոսյանը, բասենցուն Բասենում պահելու ու գյուղը շենացնելու նպատակով:
