Արտաշես Փափազյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հայի դրախտում տեղերը խիստ սահմանափակ են և միայն դրախտի դռների պահապան հրեշտակապետն է որոշողը, թե ով կհայտնվի այնտեղ:
ՆԱ անաչառ է և արդարախոհ, քաջահամարձակ է և աննախապաշար… ՆԱ է որոշողը, թե ով է արդարներից արդարագույնն ու արժանավորներից բազմարժանը: ՆԱ է վերասահմանելու, թե ովքեր են այն հոգնամեծարները, որոնք տեղ կզբաղեցնեն տենչալի դրախտում:
Նա իր բանագնաց-սուրհանդակների միջոցով բոլոր հերթագրվածներին հասկացնել է տալիս, որ ԻՆՔՆ ավելորդ հրմշտոց ու քաշքշուկ թույլ չի տալու: ՆԱ բոլոր բաղձալիներին հրահանգում է խմբեր կազմել ու հանդես գալ համապատասխան ցուցակներով, ըստ հերթականության: Եվ ահա հայի դրախտում եղած և այնտեղից վտարվածները, նախկինում դրախտ մտնելու քննություն չբռնածները, դրախտում հայտնվելու վարակով նոր ախտավորվածները, կարճ ասած՝ մեր բոլոր հին ու նոր մեռելներն ինքնամոռաց դես ու դեն են ընկնում, համապատասխան խմբակային ցուցակներ են կազմում, որտեղ այս արժանատարփելիներից յուրաքանչյուրն աշխատում է բարձր տեղ զբաղեցնել, քանզի միայն այդ պարագայում է, որ գերագույն հրեշտակապետի ուշադրությանը կարժանանա և Հայի դրախտում իր ուրույն տեղը կզբաղեցնի:
