«Թեպետ ընտրությունները սարերի ետևում չեն, բայց «Նիգ Ապարան» հայրենակցական միության ձայն-ծպտունը չի լսվում։ Ապարանցիների այս խմբակը սովորաբար նախընտրական շրջանում ակտիվանում է, նիստեր, ժողովներ գումարում ու հայտնում անդավաճան դիրքորոշումը՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանին աջակցելու մասին։ Սակայն տեղեկություններ կան, որ այժմ կառույցը բանակների է տրոհվել, այն այլևս հզոր ու միասնական չէ: Մասնավորապես, աշնանը տեղի ունեցած ՏԻՄ ընտրություններից հետո չեն վերականգնվել Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի ու Աղվան Հովսեփյանի հարաբերությունները։ Ապարանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններում, հիշեցնենք, տարօրինակ վիճակ Էր ստեղծվել, քանի որ երկու թեկնածու ստացել Էր ՀՀԿ-ի աջակցությունը։
Մասնավորապես, ՀՀԿ Ապարանի շրջանային կազմակերպությունը որոշել Էր աջակցել գործող քաղաքապետ, ՀՀԿ– ական Գոռ Աբրահամյանին, իսկ Արագածոտնի մարգի ՀՀԿ տարածքային կազմակերպությունը՝ անկուսակցական էդգար Փարվանյանին։ Առաջինին աջակցում Էր Աղվան Գառնիկիչը, իսկ Ալեքսանյանի թեկնածուն Էդգար Փարվանյանն Էր, արդյունքում հաղթեց Գոռ Աբրահամյանը։ Դրանից հետո, ըստ լուրերի, Ալեքսանյանը երես Է թեքել «Նիգ Ապարանից», նա այս տարի ներկա չէր նաև հին տոմարով Նոր տարվա տոնախմբությանը, որը, ավանդույթի համաձայն, կազմակերպում է «Նիգ Ապարանը»՝ Ապարանում։ Ալեքսանյանի բացակայությունը նկատելի է եղել սեղաններից, որոնք ամեն անգամվա պես ճոխ չեն եղել, ինչպես նաև ներկաներից, որոնց մեջ ազդեցիկ դեմքեր գրեթե չեն եղել, պատվավոր հյուրերի էշելոնի կարկառուն ներկայացուցիչները եղել են Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը՝ Գառնիկիչի անդավաճան ընկերը, Կարեն Ավագյանը, գյուղնախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը, Կարինե Աճեմյանը և այս կալիբրի իշխանականներ»,– գրում է թերթը։
