Գերմանիան կսկսի վճարել փախստականներին հայրենիք վերադառնալու համար

Գերմանիայի ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտարարել Է «Սկզբնական օգնություն պլյուս» նոր միգրացիոն ծրագրի գործարկման մասին, որը վճարումներ Է նախատեսում այն փախստականներին, որոնք կորոշեն կամավոր վերադառնալ հայրենիք: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Իզվեստիա» թերթին պատմել Է գերատեսչության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Յոհաննես Դիմրոտը: 
Նրա խոսքով՝ ծրագիրը, որն սկսել Է գործել փետրվարի 1-ից, միգրանտների Է ներառում 45 երկրներից, բացառությամբ Արեւմտյան Բալկանների պետությունների: Դրա ֆինանսավորման համար ընթացիկ տարում համերկրային կառավարությունը հատկացրել Է 40 մլն եվրո:
Ծրագրի հիմքում, հրատարակության տեղեկատվության համաձայն, կամավոր վերադարձի սկզբունքն Է: Այն փախստականներին, որոնք կորոշեն հայրենիք վերադառնալ նախքան Գերմանիայում նրանց ապաստան տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ որոշման ընդունումը, կվճարվի 1200 եվրո: Նրանց, ում մերժել են, կվճարեն 800 եվրո՝ պայմանով, որ նրանք վճիռը չեն գանգատարկի: 
Ֆինանսական փոխհատուցումները նախատեսված են 12 եւ ավելի բարձր տարիքի անձանց համար: Փողի վճարումն իրականացվելու Է երկու փուլով. գումարի կեսը միգրանտը կստանա Գերմանիայից մեկնելիս, իսկ մնացածը՝ վեց ամիս իր հայրենիքում ապրելուց հետո: 
Ինչպես նշվում Է, նոր միջոցառումների համալիրը կլրացնի «Գերմանիայում փախստականների համար վերաինտեգրացման ծրագիրը», որին համապատասխան միգրանտներին երկրից մեկնելու համար 200 եվրո Է տրամադրվում ճանապարհային ծախսերի համար, ինչպես նաեւ օժանդակ վճարում Է նախատեսվում 300-500 եվրոյի չափով: 
Փորձագետները նշում են, որ այս կերպ Գերմանիան կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը ձգտում Է քաղաքական միավորներ հավաքել ընտրությունների նախաշեմին:
