Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից սեփական զինվորից հրաժարվելը հանցագործություն է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դավիթ Բաբայանը` անդրադառնալով ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում գրանցված դիվերսիոն գործողություններին և գերի ընկած զինվորից Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հրաժարվելու փորձերին:
«Սեփական զինվորից հրաժարվելը ոչ միայն հանցագործություն է, այլև ահաբեկչություն է սեփական ժողովրդի նկատմամբ: Այնպես են ներկայացրել այդ գերեվարված զինվորին, կարծես թե նա եկել է վիզա ստանալու կամ քաղաքական ապաստան գտնելու: Ահաբեկչական պետությունից ուրիշ բան չի կարելի սպասել»,- ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
Անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված դիվերսիոն գործողություններին` Դավիթ Բաբայանը նշեց, որ պաշտպանական բանակը վերահսկում է իրավիճակը և միշտ պատրաստ է արժանի հակահարված տալ:
«Արդյո՞ք պաշտպանական բանակի գործողությունները դաս կլինեն: Կարծում եմ, կլինեն, բայց ոչ անձամբ Ալիևի համար, քանի որ իր մերձավորներից որևէ մեկը չի զոհվում, հասարակ քաղաքացիների զոհերն իր համար դաս չեն: Նա ցանկանում է, որ նման գործողությունները շարունակվեն, որ հակահայկական մաղձի հերթական չափաբաժինը ներարկի իր ժողովրդի մեջ և իր իշխանությունը դրանով ամրապնդի: Հիմա փորձում է գերեվարված զինվորից հրաժարվել՝ ներկայացնելով բանակից զորացրված, կարգապահությունը խախտած: Ալիևին պետք են մահացած հերոսներ, որ կարողանա շահարկել, կամ Սաֆարովի պես աննորմալ հերոսներ, որոնք ամբողջությամբ կախված կլինեն իշխանություններից»,-ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
Նրա խոսքով, 2017 թվականը հայերի համար առանձնահատուկ տարի է, նշվում է Շուշիի, Բեր ձորի ազատագրման 25-ամյակը: Ադրբեջանն էլ փորձում է ստվեր գցել այդ ամենի վրա: Դավիթ Բաբայանն ընդգծեց, որ հակառակորդը չի փոխվել:
Անդրադառնալով այն դիտարկմանը, թե այս դիվերսիոն գործողությունն արդյոք կապվա՞ծ է ռազմական ոլորտում Իրան-Հայաստան համագործակցության զարգացման հետ, Դավիթ Բաբայանը նշեց, որ Իրանի հետ հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի համար հրամայական են: Ըստ նրա` Իրան-Հայաստան համագործակցության զարգացումն օբյեկտիվ գործընթաց է, որն ուղղված չէ որևէ պետության դեմ:
Փետրվարի 1-ին` ժամը 15:00-ի սահմաններում, Արցախի շփման գծի հյուսիսային (Թալիշ) ուղղությամբ հակառակորդը, օգտագործելով եղանակային մառախլապատ պայմանները, ձեռնարկել է հետախուզադիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձ: ՊԲառաջապահ ուժերը, նկատելով ադրբեջանական հատուկ ջոկատայինների առաջխաղացումը, դիմել են կանխարգելիչգործողությունների և, կորուստներ պատճառելով, հետ շպրտել նրանց: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՊԲ կայքը։ Կազմակերպվածհակադիվերսիոն գործողության արդյունքում առաջնագիծը պաշտպանող հայկական ուժերին հաջողվել է գերեվարելադրբեջանական բանակի զինծառայող, 1995թ. Բարդա քաղաքում ծնված Էլնուր Հյուսեին Զադեին: ՊԲ հաղորդագրությանհամաձայն՝ հակառակորդը տվել է նաև առնվազն 1 վիրավոր։ Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները տեղեկություն են տարածել այն մասին, որ իշխանությունները փորձում են հրաժարվել գերեվարված զինվորից:
