 Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի պետ Սենոր Հասրաթյանն անտրամաբանական ու նաև անհասկանալի է ադրբեջանական մտածելակերպը, թե ինչպես կարող է բանակից զորացրված զինծառայողը՝ զինվորականի համազգեստով, սպառազինված ու առավել ևս դիվերսիոն խմբի կազմում ներթափանցել հակամարտ զորքերի միջդիրքային տարածք, փորձել կատարել հատուկ նշանակության գործողություն և արդյու նքում հայտնվել հայերի ձեռքում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այդ մասին նա գրառում է կատարել ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում:

«Փետրվարի 1-ին՝ ժամը 23:30-ի սահմաններում, ի պատասխան ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից տարածված դիվերսիոն-հետախուզական գործողության մասին հաղորդագրության, Ադրբեջանի ռազմական գերատեսչությունը հանդես է եկել հերքումով, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է, թե իբր հայկական ուժերի կողմից գերեվարված ադրբեջանցի Էլնուր Հյուսեինզադեն, որպես կարգազանց զինծառայող, զորացրված է եղել զինված ուժերի շարքերից և ներկա ժամանակ տվյալ անձը հաշվառված չէ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերում: Այն, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը յուրաքանչյուր անելանելի վիճակում հայտնվելու դեպքում պատրաստ է հրաժարվել սեփական զինվորից և նրան ներկայացնել նախ՝ դասալիք, իսկ ապա նաև՝ իր զինված ուժերի հետ որևէ կապ չունեցող անձ, հասկանալի է և լրիվությամբ տեղավորվում է ադրբեջանական տրամաբանության մեջ: Սակայն անտրամաբանական ու նաև անհասկանալի է, թե ինչպես կարող է բանակից զորացրված զինծառայողը՝ զինվորականի համազգեստով, սպառազինված ու առավել ևս դիվերսիոն խմբի կազմում ներթափանցել հակամարտ զորքերի միջդիրքային տարածք, փորձել կատարել հատուկ նշանակության գործողություն և արդյունքում հայտնվել հայերի ձեռքում… Ահա և ձեզ ադրբեջանա կան մտածելակերպ»,- նշել է Հասրաթյանը գրառման մեջ:

Փետրվարի 1-ին ժամը 15.00-ի սահմաններում ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի հյուսիսային (Թալիշ) ուղղությամբ հակառակորդը, օգտագործելով եղանակային մառախլապատ պայմանները, ձեռնարկել է հետախուզա-դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձ: ՊԲ առաջապահ ուժերը, ժամանակին հավաստանշելով ադրբեջանական հատուկ ջոկատայինների առաջխաղացումը, դիմել են կանխարգելիչ գործողությունների և կորուստներ պատճառելով հետ շպրտել: Կազմակերպված հակադիվերսիոն գործողության արդյունքում՝ առաջնագիծը պաշտպանող հայկական ուժերին հաջողվել է գերեվարել ադրբեջանական բանակի զինծառայող, 1995թ. Բարդա քաղաքում ծնված Էլնուր Հյուսեին Զադեին: Ըստ հավաստի տվյալների՝ հակառակորդը տվել է նաև առնվազն 1 վիրավոր, որն պաշտոնապես հաստատվել է Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ի կողմից տարածված հաղորդագրությամբ:
