Հայաստանի և Ճապոնիայի արտգործնախարարությունների միջև քաղաքական խորհրդակցություննեն տեղի ունեցել

Ճապոնիայի ԱԳՆ-ում փետրվարի 3-ին տեղի ունեցան Հայաստանի և Ճապոնիայի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների միջև հերթական քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Հայկական կողմից խորհրդակցությունները վարում էր ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Պապիկյանը, իսկ ճապոնական կողմից՝ Ճապոնիայի ԱԳՆ Միջին Ասիայի և Կովկասի հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ դեսպան Տոշիհիրա Աիկին։
Կողմերը քննարկեցին երկկողմ հարաբերություններին առնչվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ: Կարևորվեցին երկկողմ բարձրաստիճան փոխայցելությունների իրականացման հեռանկարները, տնտեսական համագործակցության ակտիվացումը, իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի ընդլայնման հեռանկարները, միջազգային կազմակերպություններում փոխգործակցությունը։ Տեղի ունեցավ մտքերի փոխանակում Միջին Արևելքում, ասիական և խաղաղօվկիանոսյան տարածաշրջաններում ստեղծված իրավիճակի և դրանց հանգուցալուծման, ինչպես նաև միջազգային օրակարգի այլ հարցերի շուրջ:
Հայկական կողմը մանրամասնորեն ներկայացրեց ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ներդրումների խթանմանն ուղղված քայլերը և Հայաստանում ներդրումներ կատարելու շահավետությունը: Ճապոնական կողմն իր հերթին խոստացավ քննարկել Հայաստանում ներդրումներ կատարելու հնարավորությունները: Կողմերը գոհունակություն հայտնեցին Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության միջոցով Ճապոնիայի կառավարության կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ՝ այդ համատեքստում քննարկելով նաև հեռանկարային այլ նախաձեռնություններ:
Համաձայնություն ձեռք բերվեց շարունակել քննարկումներն ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների շրջանակներում:
Հայկական կողմը ներկայացրեց նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացի վերաբերյալ իր մոտեցումները և գոհունակություն հայտնեց այս հարցում Ճապոնիայի հավասարակշռված դիրքորոշման առնչությամբ:
Քննարկվեց նաև մշակութային և կրթական ծրագրերի ընդլայնման և խթանման հետ կապված հարցեր:
Կողմերը երկուստեք ընդգծեցին հայ-ճապոնական միջխորհրդարանական արդյունավետ համագործակցության կարևորությունը և այդ համատեքստում բարձր գնահատեցին հունվարի 29-ից փետրվարի 3-ը ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանի գլախավորությամբ ԱԺ պատվիրակության՝ Ճապոնիա կատարած այցի արդյունքները:
