Ինչո՞վ է օգտակար խաշած ձուկը. ո՞ր հիվանդությունների դեմ այն կարող է պայքարել

Ջուկը ոչ միայն համեղ, այլեւ շատ օգտակար մթերքներից է: Այն սննդային արժեքով չի զիջում մսեղենին, քանի որ առավել դյուրամարս է: Թարմ ձուկը պարունակում է սպիտակուցներ, ճարպեր, նաև ածխաջրեր, վիտամիններ և հանքային նյութեր: Ձկան սպիտակուցը պարունակում է մարդուն անհրաժեշտ բոլոր անփոխարինելի ամինաթթուները, որոնք չեն սինթեզվում օրգանիզմում:
