Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումները և հատկապես դրանց խորհրդանիշը` Անմոռուկը, ծառայել է իր բուն նպատակին: Ապրիլի 22-24-ը Երևանում կայացած միջոցառումները հեռարձակվել են աշխարհում հեղինակավոր լրատվամիջոցների կողմից, որը դիտել է 1 միլիարդ 300 միլիոն մարդ: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը «Հիշում եմ և պահանջում» փորձագիտական համաժողովին ընդառաջ: «Հաշվի առնելով, որ բոլոր միջազգային ալիքներն ուղիղ հեռարձակում էին ապահովել, դա հնարավորություն տվեց լայն զանգվածի ծանոթանալ մեր միջոցառումների բովանդակությանն այնպես, ինչպես մենք ուզում էինք փոխանցել աշխարհին»,- ասաց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

Հարցին ի պատասխան, թե դա ինչ փոխեց Թուրքիայի հասարակության մոտ, պաշտոնյան նշեց, որ դեռևս հունվարին ընդունված Համահայկական հռչակագրում հղում է կատարվել Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիական հասարակության այն զանգվածին, որն այսօր պատրաստ է առերեսվել իր պատմությանն ու նորովի ընդունել այն իրականությունը, որից մեզ բաժանում է մեկ դար: «Ես միշտ եղել եմ այն համոզմանը, որ ճանաչման գործում կարևոր նշանակություն ունի քաղաքացիական հասարակության դերը: Վստահ եմ, որ Թուրքիայի կողմից ճանաչումն ուղղակիորեն պայմանավորված է լինելու այդ երկրում քաղաքացիական հասարակության կայացմամբ ու առաջընթացով»,-նշեց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` միջոցառումների բերած ամենամեծ փոփոխությունը կրեցինք մենք ինքներս: «Այն մեր ինքնաընկալման ու անցած ճանապարի վերագնահատման փոփոխությունն էր: Ես իրոք հիացմունքով էի նայում մեր հայրենակիցների դեմքերին, ովքեր գալիս էին Ծիծեռնակաբերդ, գալիս էին դեռևս ապրիլի 24-ից ամիսներ առաջ, անընդհատ հոսքով, նրանց բոլորի դեմքին կար վերածննդի գաղափարը: Ցեղասպանությունը ոչ միայն տապալվեց որպես ծրագիր, քանի որ հայ ժողովուրդը չվերացվեց, այլ հայ ժողովուրդն ապրեց իրական վերածնունդ, կարողացավ համախբվել, դարձավ կուռ»,-նկատեց նա:

Գործնական առումով, ըստ Վիգեն Սարգսյանի, 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումները ձևավորեցին փոխգործակցության նոր մոդելներ Հայաստանի և Սփյուռքի միջև: «Մենք բոլորս միասին աշխատեցինք, 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումների հաջողություններն ապացուցում են փոխգործակցության հսկայական ուժը: Կարծում եմ, որ ողջ աշխարհի հայության համար Հայաստանը դարձավ տուն, ուր ուզում են վերադառնալ որպես գաղափարների համախմբման վայր, ուր կարող են մասնագիտական հաջողությունների հասնել, որտեղ կարելի է ծրագրեր իրականացնել»,-շեշտեց Վիգեն Սարգասյանը:
