ՔԿՀ-ում պատիժը կրող դատապարտյալը ներկայացել է որպես գործարար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողություների արդյունքում բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել՝ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պատիժը կրելու ընթացքում դատապարտյալի կողմից խարդախությամբ հափշտակություն կատարելու վերաբերյալ։
2016թ. սեպտեմբերին քաղաքացուց հաղորդում էր ստացվել առ այն, որ խաբեությամբ հափշտակել են իր՝ «Մազդա ՄՊՎ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան:
Հաշվի առնելով, որ հաղորդումն առերեւույթ պարունակում է հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվել է Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում։ Մշակվել է քննչական պլան եւ ձեռնարկվել մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ` դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ, ինչի արդյունքում բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ քաղաքացու ավտոմեքենայի հափշտակությունը խարդախությամբ իրականացվել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պատիժը կրող դատապարտյալի կողմից՝ Երեւանի 34-ամյա բնակչի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ։
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ քաղաքացին համացանցում հայտարարություն էր տեղադրել՝ իր անձնական օգտագործման ավտոմեքենայով վարորդ աշխատելու պատրաստակամության մասին, ինչի կապակցությամբ նրան է զանգահարել դատապարտյալը ՔԿՀ-ից, ներկայացել որպես գործարար եւ բարձր վարձատրությամբ վարորդի աշխատանք առաջարկել։ Նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ քաղաքացին Արագածոտն մարզում հանդիպել է երրորդ անձի հետ, ով ավտոմեքենան Երեւան տեղափոխելու պատրվակով վերցրել է բանալիներն ու հեռացել, իսկ քաղաքացուն առաջարկել ենթադրյալ «գործատուի» մոտ գնալ տաքսի ավտոմեքենայով, քանի որ աշխատանքի ընթացքում այլ ավտոմեքենա է վարելու։
Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, անհատականացվել նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողությունները։ Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու անձի. ՔԿՀ-ում պատիժը կրող դատապարտյալին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 2-րդ կետերով, իսկ 34-ամյա տղամարդուն՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 2-րդ կետերով եւ 34-216-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 2-րդ կետերով:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ ՔԿՀ-ում պատիժը կրող անձի (անձանց) կողմից ենթադրյալ այլ հափշտակությունների վերաբերյալ ստացված տվյալներն ու ահազանգերն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ։
