Դատախազի՝ նախկին տեղակալի ունեցվածքը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի նախկին տեղակալ էմիլ Բաբայանը, ով իր պաշտոնից ազատվել է նախորդ տարվա հոկտեմբերին, երկու բնակարան ունի: Այս մասին իմանում ենք Բաբայանի՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին ներկայացրած 2016 թ. պաշտոնը դադարեցնելու հայտարարագրից:
Բաբայանը հայտարարագրել է երկու բնակարան, իսկ իր դրամական միջոցները պաշտոնը դադարեցնելու օրվա՝ հոկտեմբերի 29–ի դրությամբ կազմել են 3 միլիոն դրամ:
Նախկին պաշտոնյան հայտարարագրել է նաև իր ստացած եկամուտները՝ նախորդ տարվա հունվարի 1–ից մինչև պաշտոնը դադարեցնելու օրն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում նա ստացել է 10 միլիոն 701 հազար դրամ եկամուտ, որոնք ստացվել են երկու տարբեր աշխատավարձերից:
Նշենք, որ Բաբայանը մինչ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնում նշանակվելը զբաղեցնում էր Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնը:
Նազարյանի՝ 100 հազար դոլարը գերազանցող փոխառությունները
ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը 110 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար փոխառություններ ունի: Այս մասին իմանում ենք նրա՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին ներկայացրած 2015 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից:
Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը հայտարարագրել է 110 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար փոխառություններ և 9 միլիոն դրամ դրամական միջոցներ: Պաշտոնյայի տարեկան եկամուտներն էլ ստացվել են 10 միլիոն 365 հազար դրամ տարեկան աշխատավարձից և 8 հազար 300 ամերիկյան դոլար տրված փոխառությունների (վարկերի) դիմաց ստացված տոկոսից:
Նազարյանի կինը՝ Սվետլանա Խառատյանը, հայտարարագրել է միայն տարեկան եկամուտներ՝ 24 հազար 450 ԱՄՆ դոլար տրված փոխառությունների (վարկերի) դիմաց ստացված տոկոս:
Նշենք, որ Նազարյանը նշված պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում է արդեն երկար տարիներ՝ սկսած 2003 թ.–ից: Իսկ 2001–03 թթ. եղել է Երևանի քաղաքապետ:
