Джессика Альба приобрела новое жилье в Беверли-Хиллз по соседству с ресторатором, актрисой и телезвездой Лизой Вандерпамп. За дом на склоне холма, расположенный на закрытой территории, актриса заплатила почти 10 миллионов долларов.
Бывший владелец особняка – продюсер "Черного лебедя" (Black Swan) Майк Медавой – выставил недвижимость на продажу за 15 миллионов долларов, но в итоге цену пришлось снизить. По информации западных СМИ, агентом в этой сделке выступил отец Джессики Альбы.
Актриса стала владелицей апартаментов, площадь которых превышает 820 квадратных метров. На участке отдельно расположен домик для гостей, гараж на три автомобиля, бассейн. Что касается основного строения, то в нем поместились семь спален и восемь ванных комнат.
На первом этаже имеется прихожая, спальня для прислуги и библиотека с камином. На втором этаже, где находятся другие спальни, есть тренажерный зал. Столовая выполнена в светлых тонах – в ней установлены белые шкафы и мраморная столешница. Вокруг дома разбит газон и растут взрослые деревья, под густой кроной которых можно спрятаться от папарацци.
