ՀՀ Մեծարգո Պարոն Նախագահ,

Ձեզ ենք ուղղում Տավուշի մարզի` նախկին Շամշադինի շրջանի երիտասարդ սերնդի խոսքը, պատգամը, խնդրանքը, պահանջը:

Յուրաքանչյուր ժողովրդի ապագան նրա երիտասարդության ձեռքում է. մենք պատվով և հպարտությամբ ենք կրում պատասխանատվություն, տեր ենք կանգնում մեր ապագային և ուզում ենք այն կերտել մեր ծննդավայրում` ակնկալելով պետության բարձր աջակցությունը: Վստահ ենք` քաջատեղյակ եք, որ մեր հայրենիքի սահմանապահ ժողովուրդն, իր հողին ու արմատներին կառչած, ապրում ու արարում է` մշտական անձնվիրությամբ դիմակայելով թշնամուն:

Խորհրդանշական է, որ տարածաշրջանի սահմանը թշնամու հետ այնքան է, որքան հեռավորությունը մայրաքաղաքից։ Այստեղ ճանապարհը ուղղակի կապուղի չէ, ինչպես շատ վայրերում, այլ կյանքի և անվտանգության երաշխիք։ Սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 22-ին` Վազաշեն-Պառավաքար ճանապարհահատվածում, թշնամին խաթարեց անդորրն ու մեզ կանգնեցրեց սպասված փաստի առաջ։ Արդեն ավելի քան 1.5 ամիս է ճանապարհը փակ, է և խնդրի լուծման որևէ տեղաշարժ չկա։

Այլընրանք հանդիսացող Բերդ-Ճամբարակ ճանապարհը անգամ հետևողական մաքրման պայմաններում ձմռանն անանցանելի է: Դրանից զատ` այս ճանապարհը ևս, ունենալով գրեթե 4 կմ բաց սահման թշնամու հետ, ցանկացած պահի կարող է արժանանալ նույն ճակատագրին։ Տարածաշրջանը Երևանին կապող միակ ռազմավարական ճանապարհը Բերդ-Իծաքար-Գանձաքար-Իջևան ճանապարհն է, որը գտնվում է անմխիթար վիճակում։ Լսել ենք, որ այս ճանապարհի շինարարության հիմնական խոչընդոտը թանկ լինելն է։

Սակայն ինչի՞ց թանկ՝ հայրենիքի՞ց, ապագայի՞ց։ Իրավիճակն ավելի է սաստկանում ամանորի նախաշեմին, քանի որ ծննդավայրից հեռու գտնվող տավուշեցիները ցանկանում են ամանորը դիմավորել հայրենի հողում: Մեծարգո պարոն նախագահ, մենք գիտենք, որ Ձեր կենսագրության մեջ ռազմական փորձն առյուծ բաժին ունի. Դուք էլ եք անցել պատերազմի թոհուբոհով: Վստահ ենք, որ ավելի քան հասկանում եք մեզ, ավելի քան կիսում եք մեր վրդովմունքն ու մտահոգությունը։ Ուստի, Տավուշի երիտասարդությունը, լինելով համակարծիք, խնդրում և պահանջում ենք բարեկարգել Իծաքար-Գանձաքար-Իջևան ճանապարհը, հավուր պատշաճի և հետևողական կերպով իրականացնել Բերդ-Ճամբարակ ճանապարհի անընդհատ հսկողությունն ու մաքրման աշխատանքները:

Քաջ գիտակցելով, որ Պառավաքար-Վազաշեն-Իջևան ճանապարհը փակելը նահանջ և մեր ուժերի նկատմամբ թերահավատություն կառաջացնի, բանուկ պահել նաև այդ ճանապարհը` բազմապատկելով վերահսկողությունը մարտական դիրքերում: Մենք կորցրել ենք մեր մանկությունը` թնդանոթների ձայների տակ` ապաստարաններում: Իսկ պատերազմական հիշողություններով ապրող սերունդը իրավունք չունի կորցնել այն ապագան, որը պետք կերտի իր ծննդավայրում:
