Հավի քարաճիկի օգտակարությունը

1. Բնական սորբենտ

Ժողովրդական բժշկության մեջ հավի քարաճիկը պատվավոր տեղ ունի: Այն օգտագործում են թունավորումների և մարսողական այլ խնդիրների դեպքում՝ օրգանիզմից տոքսինները հանելու և ստամոքսահյութի արտադրությունը նորմալացնելու համար: Սա ոչ միայն դիետիկ սնունդ է, այլև բնական սորբենտ: Ի տաբերություն հակաբիոտիկների՝ հավի չորացրած քարաճիկի փոշին չի սպանում աղիների միկրոֆլորան և խնդիրը կատարում է առանց օրգանիզմը վնասելու:

2. Աճի խթանիչ

Ցինկը հավի քարաճիկի մեջ իսկապես արժեքավոր է: Օրգանիզմում ցինիկի պակասը հանգեցնում է իմունային համակագի խանգարման, իսկ հավի քարաճիկը ամրացնում է իմունիտետը:
