ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում հետևողականորեն ուսումնասիրվում են «Թեժ գծով» ստացված՝ զորացրված զինծառայողների զինվորական գրքույկներում մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնելու, մարտական գործողություններին մասնակցելու վերաբերյալ գրառումների առկայության կամ դրանց վավերականության վերաբերյալ ահազանգերը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունը:

Խնդիրը հանրային հնչեղություն է ստացել, հատկապես՝ հանրապետության բուհերում ուսման վարձի մասնակի փոխհատուցման արտոնությունից օգտվողների շրջանակը պարզելու առումով:

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցներ թերությունները շտկելու, սխալների կրկնվելը բացառելու ուղղությամբ՝ զինգրքույկներում ապահովելով զորացրված յուրաքանչյուր զինծառայողի՝ ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված արտոնություններից օգտվելու իրավունքները հավաստող գրառումներ: 

«Թեժ գծով» հնչած յուրաքանչյուր ահազանգ մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրվել է և առ այսօր ստացված դիմում-բողոքների վիճակագրական պատկերը հետևյալն է.  զորացրված զինծառայողների կողմից զինվորական գրքույկներում 2016թ. ապրիլի 2-ից 6-ը տեղի ունեցած մարտերին մասնակցելու մասին համապատասխան գրառումների վերաբերյալ ներկայացվել է ընդամենը 75 դիմում-բողոք, որից՝ 

70 դիմում-բողոքներում ներկայացված հարցերը չեն հիմնավորվել, քանի որ տվյալ զորամասերի ստորաբաժանումները նշված ժամանակահատվածում մարտերին չեն ընդգրկվել, զորամասերի պաշտպանության տեղամասերում հակառակորդի կողմից գրոհներ (հարձակողական գործողություններ) չեն իրականացվել: 

Տվյալ զորամասերն իրականացրել են մարտական հերթապահություն, հետևաբար զինվորական գրքույկներում կատարվել են գրառումներ միայն մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ,

1 զինծառայողի վերաբերյալ, ով մասնակցել է մարտերին և պարգևատրվել է «Արիություն» մեդալով` զինվորական գրքույկում համապատասխան գրառում կատարված չի եղել,

4 զինծառայողների վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթերում հաշվառված տվյալները ճշգրտման կարիք ունեն:

Դիմում-բողոքներում արտացոլված խնդիրների ուսումնասիրման, թերությունների վերացման, մեղավոր պաշտոնատար անձանց պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում ստեղծվել է աշխատանքային խումբ և որոշ պաշտոնատարներ արդեն ենթարկվել են պատասխանատվության:

Միաժամանակ, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը համագործակցում է ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարության, պետական բուհերի և Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հետ՝ ապրիլյան գործողությունների ընթացքում մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացրած զինծառայողների ուսման վարձի՝ օրենքով սահմանված մասնակի փոխհատուցման չափը հնարավորինս ավելացնելու նպատակով:

Դիմում ենք բոլոր զորացրված զինծառայողներին՝ զինգրքույկներում գրառումների անհամապատասխանության դեպքում դիմել ՀՀ ՊՆ «Թեժ գծի» 1-28 անվճար հեռախոսահամարով, հավաստիացնում ենք, որ յուրաքանչյուր խախտման դեպք անհատապես կուսումնասիրվի և կստանա համապատասխան ընթացք, իսկ մինչ օրս դիմողները ուսումնասիրության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ կստանան գրավոր պատասխաններ:
