Փետրվարի 4-ը քաղցկեղի դեմ պայքարի համաշխարհային օրն է

Փետրվարի 4-ն աշխարհում նշվում է որպես քաղցկեղի դեմ պայքարի համաշխարհային օր: Օրվա կապակցությամբ աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրներում կազմակերպվում են միջոցառումներ` մեկ անգամ ևս խոսելով ուռուցքային հիվանդությունների վիճակագրության, կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների մասին: Նպատակն է միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացնել մեծ տարածում ունեցող այս խնդÖ �ի վրա:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Հայաստանում 2015 թվականին կյանքում առաջին անգամ հաստատված ախտորոշմամբ և ուռուցքաբանական հիմնարկներում գրանցված չարորակ նորագոյացություններով հիվանդների թիվը 8 հազար 372 է: 2015 թվականի տարեվերջին ուռուցքաբանական հիմնարկներում դիսպանսերային հսկողության տակ գտնվող հիվանդների թիվը 40 հազար 862 է: Նույն տարվա տվյալներով չարորակ նորագոյացություններից մահացության դեպքերի թիվը կազմել է 6 հազար 69: ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության պատասխանատուները նշում են, որ չարորակ նորա գոյացությունների հիվանդացության հետ կապված կայունացման միտում է նկատվում: Վերը նշված ցուցանիշները 2014 թվականի համեմատ շատ չեն տարբերվում:
Չարորակ նորագոյացությունները ոչ վարակիչ առավել տարածված հիվանդությունների շարքին են դասվում՝ զիջելով միայն սիրտանոթային հիվանդություններին: Այսինքն՝ այս հիվանդությունը երկրորդ տեղում է և՛ մահացության, և՛ հիվանդացության ցուցանիշներով:
Արական սեռի մոտ ամենատարածվածը թոքերի, բրոնխների, կոկորդի, շնչառական համակարգի գոյացություններն են, որոնք անմիջական կապ ունեն ծխելու հետ: Դրանց հաջորդում է շագանակագեղձի քաղցկեղը: Կանանց մոտ առաջին տեղում կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղն է, այնուհետև արգանդի վզիկի, սեռական օրգանների հետ կապված գոյացություններն են:
Ինչպես ամբողջ աշխարհում, մեր երկրում նույնպես քաղցկեղի կանխարգելման, բուժման գործընթացը համարվում է պետության օրակարգային խնդիրներից մեկը: ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը մշակել և իրականացնում է մի շարք ծրագրեր` շեշտը դնելով կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումերի իրականացման վրա: Մասնավորապես, մի շարք սկրինինգային ծրագրերում առկա է ուռուցքային բաղադրիչ: Համաշխարհային բանկի աջակցությամբ իրականացվող սկրինինգային ծրագրի մի բաղադրիչը վերաբերում է արգանդի վզիկի քաղցկեղի, տղամարդկանց շրջանում շագանակագեղձի քաղցկեղի հայտնաբերմանը: Կան ա խտորոշիչ ծառայություններ, որոնք առայժմ Հայաստանում չեն տրամադրվում, և շատ դեպքերում անհրաժեշտություն է լինում հիվանդին դուրս տանել: Այդ խնդրի լուծմանն է միտված Հայաստանում Ուռուցքաբանության գերազանցության կենտրոնի ստեղծումը: Այն արդեն գործարկման փուլում է:
