Ադրբեջանցի գերեվարված դիվերսանտը 2 ամիս ժամկետով կալանավորվել է

Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 4-ին, ԼՂՀ ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանը ստացել է նախաքննության մարմնի միջնորդությունը՝ ԼՂՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 33-317-րդ հոդվածով և 350-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով մեղադրվող Էլնուր Հուսեյնզադեի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու մասին. տեղեկացնում են ԼՂՀ դատական դեպարտամենտից։
Միջնորդությունը քննարկվել է դռնփակ դատական նիստում՝ մեղադրյալի, նրա պաշտպանի և թարգմանչի մասնակցությամբ: Դատարանի որոշմամբ ԼՂՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 146-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետով նախատեսված հիմքով մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է խափանման միջոց՝ կալանավորում երկու ամիս ժամկետով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2017թ. փետրվարի 1-ին ԼՂՀ Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ համայնքի ուղղությամբ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության Զինված ուժերի մի խումբ զինծառայողներ, օգտվելով մառախլապատ եղանակից, ձեռնարկել էին դիվերսիայի փորձ: Փորձը խափանվել էր Պաշտպանության բանակի` Արցախի պետական սահմանի պահպանությունն իրականացնող ստորաբաժանման կողմից:
Նույն օրը ժամը 15:00-ի սահմաններում Պաշտպանության բանակի մարտական դիրքերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասում հայտնաբերվել և ԼՂՀ ԱԱԾ բերման է ենթարկվել ԼՂՀ պահպանվող պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատած դիվերսիոն խմբի անդամ, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության Զինված ուժերի 157 մոտոհրաձգային բրիգադի հետախուզական վաշտի զինծառայող Էլնուր Էլման օղլը Հուսեյնզադեն:
Է. Հուսեյնզադեի կողմից դիվերսիայի փորձ կատարելու եւ ԼՂՀ պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ԼՂՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 33-317-րդ հոդվածով եւ 350-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
