Արթուր Ոսկանյան. Տեսանք խնդիրներ, որոնց վրա պետք է աշխատենք
INTERVIEW
«Բանանցի» գլխավոր մարզիչ Արթուր Ոսկանյանն ակումբի պաշտոնական կայքի հետ զրույցում խոսել է «Տամբովի» դեմ ստուգողական հանդիպման մասին և ամփոփել է Ռուսաստանում կայացած հավաքը.
- Երկրորդ խաղն էր ուսումնամարզական հավաքի և աշխատեցինք ոչինչ չփոխել: Խառը կազմեր էին և այնպես չէ, որ կար առաջին կամ երկրորդ կազմ: Ցանկանում ենք աստիճանաբար ձևավորել հիմնական կազմը և այս խաղերի ընթացքում բոլոր ֆուտբոլիստներն իրենց դրսևորելու հնարավորություն ստացան: Ճիշտ է արդյունքը չի գոհացնում: Եթե առաջին խաղում ստանդարտների ժամանակ սխալներ թույլ տվեցինք, ապա այս անգամ կոմբինացիոն խաղը դարպասապահից սկսելուց ունեցանք սխալներ, ինչը ավելի լավ է հիմա տեսնենք, քան հետո:
Ինչ վերաբերում է խաղին, ապա շատ բաներից գոհ եմ: Հատկապես երկրորդ կեսը շատ ավելի լավ ստացվեց. ստացվում էին և՛ կոմբինացիաները, և՛ պաշտպանությունում էինք ճիշտ գործում ու եթե չեմ սխալվում հակառակորդը նորմալ հարված չկատարեց երկրորդ կեսում: Հարձակման գծում ունեցանք 3-4 սուր պահ, որոնք պետք է գոլով ավարտեինք և պետք է աշխատենք նաև գրոհները եզրափակելու ուղղությամբ: Եղավ 9 րոպեանոց այդ ժամանակահատվածը, որի ընթացքում կարող էինք ոչ թե երեք, այլ ավելի գոլեր էլ բաց թողնեինք: Դրանից հետո միայն թիմը սկսեց խաղալ իր խաղը, ավելի հավաքված գործել ու խաղը ստացվեց: Պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնենք ֆուտբոլիստների կենտրոնացվածության վրա: Պարզ է, ես հասկանում եմ, որ մեր երիտասարդ ֆուտբոլիստների քանակը մեծ է և կլինեն ոչ կայուն խաղեր: Դա նորմալ եմ համարում, սակայն պետք է ավելի շուտ փորձ հավաքեն և կենտրոնանան, քանի որ հատկապես ուժեղ թիմերի դեմ խաղում յուրաքանչյուր սխալը կարող է ճակատագրական լինել, ինչը ցույց տվեց այս խաղը: Թեթև սխալ և հակառակորդը պատժում է: Մի խոսքով, տեսանք խնդիրներ, որոնց վրա պետք է աշխատենք:
- Ընդհանուր առմամբ հավաքը ծառայե՞ց իր նպատակին:
- Այո, շատ լավ անցավ հավաքը: Պայմանները նորմալ էին, մի փոքր խանգարեց եղանակը ու ամբողջ հավաքը չկարողացանք անցկացնել բնական խոտածածկի վրա: Հավաքի սկզբի մասն անցկացրինք բնական խոտածածկի վրա, բայց խաղն էլ անցկացրինք սառը դաշտի վրա: Ընդհանուր առմամբ ինչ-որ պետք էր տեսնել, տեսանք: Ֆուտբոլիստները հավաքում են իրենց մարզավիճակը և արդեն Անթալիայում կլինեն իրենց լավ մարզավիճակում:
- Ինչպիսի՞ն է լինելու աշխատանքը մինչև առաջնության մեկնարկը:
- Արդեն Անթալիայում հինգ խաղ և առաջին խաղից հետո մյուս խաղերում պարզ կլինի, թե որ կազմն է պատրաստվելու առաջնությանը և ովքեր պետք է մրցակցություն ցուցաբերեն: Բոլորին հնարավորություն տրվելու է և բոլորը պետք է իրենց ցույց տան: Շատ ուրախ եմ, որ ամեն դիրքում երկու ֆուտբոլիստ ունենք և մրցակցություն կա: Հիմնականում բոլորն էլ երիտասարդ խաղացողներ են և կխաղան նրանք, ովքեր արդարացնեն իրենց: Բոլոր ֆուտբոլիստներն էլ հասկանում են դա և իրենցից շատ բան է կախված:
