Ռուսաստանը շահագրգռված է ԵԱՀԿ-ում Ավստրիայի ակտիվ եւ կառուցողական նախագահությամբ: Ավստրիական «Պրոֆիլ» ամսագրին տված հարցազրույցում այս մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:

«Հույս ունենք, որ մեր ավստրիացի գործընկերներն օբյեկտիվ մոտեցում կցուցաբերեն կազմակերպության օրակարգի ձեւավորման եւ իրականացման հարցում՝ հաշվի առնելով անդամ բոլոր պետությունների շահերը:

Ուրախությամբ ենք փաստում, որ Վիեննայի առաջարկած 2017 թվականի ծրագիրը, որը մենք մանրամասն ուսումնասիրել ենք, բավական հագեցած է ու պրագմատիկ: Առաջիկա տարում գլխավոր խնդիրը ԵԱՀԿ-ում վստահության ու հնարավորությունների վերականգնումն է՝ իրավահավասար երկխոսության եւ անվանգության ոլորտում կոլեկտիվ որոշումների ընդունման համար:

Վստահ ենք, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ն պետք է շարունակի կարեւոր հարթակ դառնալ համընդհանուր եվրոպական օրակարգային առանցքային հարցերի շուրջ մոտեցումներ քննարկելու համար: ԵԱՀԿ-ի առաջնահերթությունների թվում պետք է մնան ահաբեկչության, թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության եւ կիբերսպառնալիքների դեմ պայքարը: Հույս ունենք, ԵԱՀԿ-ում Ավստրիայի նախագահության ընթացքում կազմակերպությունը հավուր պատշաճի ուշադրություն կհատկացնի իր տարածքում հակամարտությունների հաղթահարմանը: Առաջին հերթին դա վերաբերում է ներուկրաինական ճգնաժամին: Կարեւոր կայունացնող դեր է կատարում ԵԱՀԿ-ի Հատուկ դիտարկման առաքելությունը:

Հույս ունենք, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ն այսուհետ նույնպես ակտիվորեն կնպաստի Մերձդնեստրում, ինչպես նաեւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակկամարտություննեի կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացներին, ինչն առավել կարեւոր է անցյալ տարի այդ տարածաշրջանում իրադրության սրացման ֆոնին»,- հայտարարել է Լավրովը:
