Պետությունն առաջին կուրսի մոտ 350 ուսանողի ուսման վարձը մասնակի կփոխհատուցի

 Բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններ ընդունված և ընտանիքների անապահովության սահմանային միավորից բարձր միավորներ ունեցող 1-ին կուրսի մոտ 350 ուսանողի համապատասխան փաստաթղթերի առկայության դեպքում պետությունը կտրամադրի ուսանողական նպաստի ձևով ուսման վճարի մասնակի փոխհատուցում: Համապատասխան որոշման նախագիծը հաստատվեց կառավարության` սեպտեմբերի 25-ի նիստում:

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կարևորեց այս որոշման ընդունումը, քանի որ դրա շնորհիվ տարեկան մոտ 350 առաջին կուրսի ուսանող հնարավորություն կունենա իր բարձրագույն կրթությունը ստանալ պետության աջակցությամբ:

«Հատուկ ուզում եմ շեշտել, որ այս որոշումը մեր ընդհանուր քաղաքականության մասն է, որի վերջնանպատակը մեր լավ ուսանողների համար բարձրագույն կրթության մատչելիության ապահովումն է: Այս նպատակին հասնելու ճանապարհին մենք օրենքով ամրագրել ենք ուսման զեղչերի համակարգ սոցիալապես ամենախոցելի ընտանիքների ուսանողների համար: Օրենքով սահմանավել է նաև բուհերի զեղչային ֆոնդի նվազագույն ծավալը, որի միջոցներն ուղղվում են ուսանողներին աջակցություն ցուցաբերելուն: Գործում է նաև արտոնյալ ուսանողական վարկերի համակարգը: Մենք ներդրել ենք Փարոս համակարգում ընդգրկված և լավ սովորող ուսանողների համար պետական աջակցության ծրագիր երկրորդ կուրսից»,-ասաց վարչապետը՝ ավելացնելով, որ այս որոշման շնորհիվ պետական աջակցությունը հասանելի կդառնա երիտասարդների համար առաջին կուրսից, ինչը շատ կարևոր հարց է:
