Հաստատվել է ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի, տուբերկուլոզի և մալարիայի դեմ ուղղված միջոցառումները համակարգող հանձնաժողովի կառուցվածքը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի, տուբերկուլոզի և մալարիայի դեմ ուղղված միջոցառումները համակարգող հանձնաժողովի (ՄՀՀ) հերթական նիստում քննարկվել են ՄՀՀ նոր կառուցվածքի ներկայացմանն ու ՀԿ հատվածի ընտրությունների մեկնարկին, ՄՀՀ աշխատանքների հաջորդ երկամյա շրջանի ֆինանսավորման հայտի մշակմանը, նոր դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի կարգավիճակին, ԱՀԿ կողմից ակնկալվող տեխնիկական աջակցությանը, ինչպես նաև սեպտեմբերի 28-ից 30-ը Թբիլիսիում կայանալիք Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրներում ՄԻԱՎ վարակի և տուբերկուլոզի դեմ պայքարի միջոցառումների կայունության ապահովմանը նվիրված բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, նիստին մասնակցել են նաև Գլոբալ հիմնադրամի քարտուղարության ներկայացուցիչները` պորտֆոլիո ղեկավար Վալերիա Գրիշեչկինան և Վիրա Զեմլյանսկան: ՄՀՀ-ն քննարկել և հավանություն է տվել հանձնաժողովի առաջարկվող նոր կառուցվածքին և ձևավորել միջազգային տեխնիկական գործընկերներից կազմված աշխատանքային խումբ ՄՀՀ կազմում հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ընտրության գործընթացը կանոնակարգելու նպատակով:
Նիստի նախագահող, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալ Վահան Պողոսյանը ՄՀՀ քարտուղարությանը հանձնարարել է աջակցություն ցուցաբերել աշխատանքային խմբին, ինչպես նաև, ըստ սահմանված կարգի, իրականացնել մյուս ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչների ընտրության գործընթացը: Նա նաև ներկայացրել է նոր դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի շրջանակային համաձայնագրի վավերացման գործընթացը` մասնավորապես նշելով, որ ՀՀ սահմանադրական դատարանում շրջանակային համաձայնագրի քննարկումը տեղի է ունենալու հոկտեմբերի 6–ին, որին կհաջորդի փաստաթղթի վավերացումը ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի կո ղմից: Վահան Պողոսյանը նշել է, որ այդ առումով ցանկալի կլիներ ՄՀՀ ընտրություններն ավարտին հասցնել մինչև նոյեմբեր` նոր դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի իրականացումը հանձնաժողովի նոր կազմով սկսելու նպատակով:
Նիստի ընթացքում ձևավորվել է նաև դրամաշնորհի հիմնական ստացողներից և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներից կազմված աշխատանքային խումբ` ՄՀՀ 2016-2017թթ. ֆինանսավորման հայտի մշակման նպատակով: Նիստի ընթացքում ներկայացվել և ՄՀՀ կողմից ի գիտություն են ընդունվել ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ–ի դեմ պայքարի ազգային ծրագրին աջակցության նոր դրամաշնորհի հաստատման փուլում ԱՀԿ կողմից ակնկալվող տեխնիկական աջակցության ոլորտները և դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի կարգավիճակը:
Ներկայացվել և քննարկվել է նաև սեպտեմբերի 28-30-ը Թբիլիսիում կայանալիք Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրներում ՄԻԱՎ վարակի և տուբերկուլոզի դեմ պայքարի միջոցառումների կայունության ապահովմանը նվիրված բարձր մակարդակի տարածաշրջանային հանդիպման ժամանակ մասնակից երկրների կառավարությունների հավանությանը ներկայացվելիք հռչակագրի նախագիծը` դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի ավարտից հետո պետության կողմից ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորման պարտավորությունների ստանձնման վերաբերյալ:
