Պարզվել է «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնից ամբաստանյալի փախուստի դիմելու եղանակը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿ հիմնարկի կալանավորի՝ «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնից փախուստի դիմելու հանգամանքները։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2017 թվականի փետրվարի 4-ին ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ բժշկական օգնություն ստանալու նպատակով «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխված «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿ հիմնարկի կալանավոր Ս.Գրիգորյանը դիմել է փախուստի։
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ գողություն կատարելու և գողության փորձի մեջ մեղադրվող Ս.Գրիգորյանը (վերջինիս վերաբերյալ քրեական գործը գտնվում է դատարանի վարույթում) փետրվարի 4-ի վաղ առավոտյան տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոնի առաջին հարկում գտնվող կոտրվածքների բաժանմունքի հիվանդասենյակներից մեկը՝ համապատասխան բուժօգնություն ստանալու համար։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ կալանավորը հիվանդասենյակից դուրս է եկել սանհանգույց գնալու պատրվակով, որտեղ պատուհանից դիմել է փախուստի: Պարզվել է բժշկական կենտրոնում Ս.Գրիգորյանի պահպանության համար պատասխանատու իրավասու անձանց շրջանակը։
Դեպքի առթիվ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 315-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 355-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական, օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում նույն օրը՝ փետրվարի 4-ին, փախուստի դիմած կալանավորը հայտնաբերվել է և ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։
Քննության արդյունքներով կայացվող դատավարական որոշումների մասին կտեղեկացնենք լրացուցիչ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
