  • Եթե Ձեր մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը 36,5 С° - 36,8 С° է, ապա  վահանագեղձի հետ որևէ խնդիր չկա:
  • Եթե  36,5 С° -ից բարձր  է, ուրեմն՝ Ձեզ մոտ հիպետերիոզ է: Հիպերտիերոզի պարագայում վահանաձև գեղձը  կարող է ունենալ հորմոնների քանակի ավելացում, որի ժամանակ օրգանիզմը թունավորվում է այդ հորմոններից: Հիվանդները մշտապես բարձր ջերմություն են ունենում, արագանում է սրտի աշխատանքը, բարձրանում է արյան ճնշումը, տառապում են գլխացավերից: Խախտվում է քունը, լինում են թմրած կամ գրգռված վիճակում, բացվում է ախորժակը, կարող է վերջույթների դող սկսվել:
  • Եթե 36,5 С° -ից ցածր է, ապա Ձեզ մոտ հիպոթերիոզ է: Հիպոթիրեոզը դրսևորվում է մաշկի, ենթամաշկային բջջանքի, լեզվի այտուցով (լորձայտուց` միքսեդեմա), մաշկի չորությամբ, մազաթափությամբ: Նկատվում են արագ հոգնելիություն, հիշողության խանգարում, թորշոմածություն, քնկոտություն, մազերի և եղունգների փխրունություն: Ձայնը ցածր է, խռպոտ, ջերմաստիճանը` բարձր, զարկերակային արյան ճնշումը` ցածր, լինում է փորկապություն: Նկատվում են դաշտանային ցիկլի խանգարումներ, հնարավոր են վիժումներ: Տղամարդկանց սեռական կարողությունը նվազում է: Երեխաների հոգեկան զարգացումը կասեցվում է, աճումը` դանդաղում: Հիվանդության ծանրությունը պայմանավորված է վահանաձև գեղձի ֆունկցիայի թուլացման աստիճանով:

Հիշեք, ջերմաչափով այս ստուգումները կարելի է անել շաբաթը 3 անգամից ոչ ավել:
