ՀՀ Սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը կարևորում է հայության ողջ ներուժի օգտագործումն միջազգային հանրության շրջանում Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների վերաբերյալ իրազեկվածության բարձրացման համար: «Սփյուռքում գործող մեր կառույցները, ակտիվիստներն ամեն մեկն իր երկրում պետք է կարողանան ճնշում գործադրել տվյալ երկրի իշխանությունների վրա, որպեսզի իրենց խոսքն ասեն, միջամտեն այն ամենին, ինչ փորձում է անել Ալիևը» ,-լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց նախարարը:
Նա հիշեցրեց, որ երբ 2014 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 15-20-ին տարբեր երկրների հայկական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ հավաքվել ու որոշում էին առաջնահերթությունները, դրանցից մեկը հենց Արցախյան հիմնահարցին էր վերաբերում: «Ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլ ողջ հայ ազգի խնդիրն է դա: Սփյուռքյան կառույցները սահմանային լարվածության դեպքերում ցույցերով, ճնշումներով փորձում է այդ երկրների իշխանություններին մասնակից դարձնել այդ գործընթացին»,-նշեց Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը` ավելացնելով, որ Ադրբեջանը սահմանին լարված վիճակ է ստեղծում՝ փորձելով վնաս հասցնել Հայաստանի զբոսաշրջությանը, տնտեսությանը, վախեցնել սահմանամերձ շրջանների բնակիչներին բերքահավաքի այս ժամանակահատվածում:
«Ալիևն անընդհատ փորձում է ձևեր գտնել՝ ի վնաս մեր Հանրապետության: Մենք արժանի հակահարված ենք տալիս, մեր բանակն իր տեղում է, բանակի ոգին, հնարավորություններն այնպիսին են, որ երբեք չպետք է մտածենք, որ մեր բանակը կարող է զիջել, հակահարված չտալ»,- ասաց նախարարը:
Սեպտեմբերի 24-ի երեկոյան հայկական զինված ուժերի պատասխան գործողությունների արդյունքում հնարավոր է եղել զսպել Ադրեբջանի ակտիվությունը հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին, որի ընթացքում հայկական կողմից քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում 3 զոհ և 3 վիրավոր կա: Ադրբեջանական կողմի կրակոցներից Տավուշի մարզի Բերդավան համայնքում սեպտեմբերի 24-ին զոհվել է 2 քաղաքացիականանձ, 2-ը` վիրավորվել: Զոհված քաղաքացիներն են`1974 թվականին ծնված Սոնա Ռևազյանը և 1921-ին ծնված ՇուշանԱսատրյանը: Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ Տավուշի մեկ այլ սահմանամերձ` Պառավաքար համայնքում հակառակորդիկրակոցից զոհվել է 83-ամյա Պայծառ Աղաջանյանը:
