Իսրայելի խորհրդարանն օրինականացրել Է հրեական բնակավայրերը պաղեստինյան հողերում

Իսրայելի խորհրդարանը վիճահարույց օրենք Է ընդունել, որն օրինականացնում Է այն շուրջ չորս հազար տները, որոնք անօրինականորեն կառուցվել են բռնազավթված Արեւմտյան ափի բնակավայրերում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին:
Օրինագծին հավանություն Է տրվել 60 ձայնով, դեմ են արտահայտվել 52-ը:
Պատգամավորների կողմից հավանության արժանացած փաստաթղթում ասված Է, որ սկզբնապես այդ հողերի սեփականատեր պաղեստինցիները որպես փոխհատուցում կստանան փող կամ այլ հողամաս:
Փետրվարի 6-ին հավանություն արժանացած օրինագիծը ոչ միանշանակ գնահատական Է ստացել հասարակության մեջ, եւ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կվիճարկվի դատարանում:
Իսրայելի գլխավոր դատախազ Ավիխայ Մանդելբիտը ոչ սահմանադրական Է որակել օրինագիծը եւ հայտարարել, որ այն չի պաշտպանի Գերագույն դատարանում:
Պաղեստինցիներն արդեն հանդես են եկել օրենքի դատապարտմամբ: «Դա Էսկալացում Է, որը միայն կսաստկացնի անկայունությունն ու քաոսը»,- հայտարարել Է պաղեստինցիների առաջնորդ Մահմուդ Աբասի ներկայացուցիչը:
Շուրջ 600 հազար հրեաներ են ապրում 140 բնակավայրարում, որոնք 1967 թվական իսրայելական օկուպացիայից հետո կառուցվել են Հորդանան գետի Արեւմտյան ափին եւ Արեւելյան Երուսաղեմում: Այդ բնակավայրերն անօրինական են համարվում միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերին համապատասխան, թեեւ Իսրայելը վիճարկում Է դա:
Ավելի վաղ ԱՄՆ-ի նոր վարչակազմն այն կարծիքն Է հայտնել, որ բռնազավթված պաղեստինյան տարածքներում գոյություն ունեցող հրեական բնակավայրերի ընդլայնումը եւ նման նոր օբյեկտների կառուցումը չեն նպաստում Մերձավոր Արեւելքի հակամարտության կարգավորմանը: Սպիտակ տան մամուլի քարտուղար Շոն Սփայսերի խոսքով՝ ԱՄՆ-ի իշխանության ներկայիս գործադիր ճյուղը «բնակավայրերի գոյությունը խոչընդոտ չի համարում Մերձավոր Արեւելքի խաղաղությանը», այդուամենայնիվ, «նոր բնակավայրերի կառուցումը կամ գոյություն ունեցողների ընդլայնումը կարող Է եւ օգուտ չբերել նշված նպատակին»:
Մինչ այդ Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նաթանյահուն թույլատրել Է հրեա վերաբնակների համար եւս 3 հազար տների կառուցումը Հորդանան գետի Արեւմտյան ափին: Ավելի վաղ Նաթանյահուն եւ երկրի պաշտպանության նախարար Ավիգդոր Լիբերմանը հավանություն Էին տվել Հորդանան գետի արեւմտյան ափի հրեական բնակավայրերում 2,5 հազար միավոր բնակարանների շինարարությանը: Բացի այդ, Իսրայելի իշխանությունները հավանություն Էին տվել Արեւելյան Երուսաղեմում ավելի քան 700 միավոր բնակարանների կառուցմանը:
2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 23-ին ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդն ընդունել Է 2334 բանաձեւը, որով Իսրայելից պահանջվում Է անհապաղ դադարեցնել բնակարանների շինարարությունը բռնազավթված պաղեստինյան տարածքներում: Փաստաթուղթը պաշտպանել են ԱԽ-ի 14 անդամներ, եւ քվեարկության ժամանակ միայն ԱՄՆ-ի պատվիրակությունն Է ձեռնպահ մնացել՝ չանսալով բանաձեւն արգելափակելու հրեական պետության կոչերին: Իսրայելն արդեն այն ժամանակ հայտարարել Է, որ չի կատարելու դրա դրույթները:
